Extremely frustrating

We installed and paid the $2.99 subscription fee to have the ad free version. It has been over an hour and the purchase is still “in process”. When we try to restore the purchase or buy it again the app doesn’t let us. My daughter had a complete meltdown because buying a diary app was supposed to be a reward for her. With ads enabled this app is completely unusable. You can’t click on anything without an ad popping up, and the ad always takes you to another store to buy a different app.
EDIT: their tech support is also abysmal. They kept saying “a tech will assist you.” And then the tech would tell us to reinstall. The last word they gave was “maybe we’ll fix it in the next update” but couldn’t tell me when that would be.

I don’t recommend because this diary doesn’t let you change the question fir when you need a reminder for the password…I wanted to change my question because it’s an easy question so I uninstalled the app and installed it again to change the question and guess what? My 3 weeks of my diary GONE. Don’t recommend unless you like flop diary’s
