I am so tired of you holding my games hostage under the guise of a update! In actuality it is really just making us players download some stupid game that I will NEVER play. What’s totally hilarious is that you have my this app game under hostage mode while this so callled upgrade was completed about 1 1/2 weeks ago!! Haha! Your upgrade is a journey game where you are obligated to play with others. No. So here I am telling you to release my game and don’t play stupid games with me or I will delete ALL your games. This asinine back and forth has taken away the enjoyment of playing.

This used to be my favorite game to play especially on long trips, but for the last month or so I have been unable to merge my gems. I have sent three emails I have gotten no reply. I uninstalled installed the game back losing all my oh levels in money but I was willing to do that so I could play the game properly. Please look into my problem.

I loved playing the previous version. This one won’t even let me play at all! It doesn’t matter what button I hit, absolutely nothing happens. As with every single this app game I download, eventually they “upgrade” it, require a download that’s awful and force me to go searching again for a version I like, which takes forever!

I bought the Ads removal and things were going okay. But the developers were thinking, How do we milk the consumer further? They came up with the brilliant idea to limit the number of moves you have to complete a game. If you can’t complete the game in those moves, you then have a choice to add moves by, you guessed right, watching an AD!!! You also have the option to quit and start a new game.
How about an option to get back the money paid to remove ads?

I did email the developer and Apple about this. The developer never responded. And as far as Apple goes, why would they respond? They got their 30% take on the ads removal fee. They don’t care!

Why are we forced to make changes in games when I love the old one, but you didn’t rate new one high yourself. There are glitches and now have to go through big process changing the game when the replacement is NOT better…. Why don’t you ask if players WANT to change or have an option NOT to change games.

This game frequently has a pop up window telling me there are no more moves available and forces me to either watch a video to get more cards or shot down and start over.
This frequently happens when auto completing is in progress. EXTREMELY annoying. Get rid of that window! I can still use magic wand and finish the game. Do not force new to quit.
Ridiculous!

I’m sick of being forced to upgrade before you can continue playing, especially when I’m playing the daily challenge. It takes me to a different this app version altogether and I want to just continue with the one I have. Don’t like the new version it made me download at all, glitchy, slow, mid game ads, different look. How do I just get the update without getting a different game added ???

I love this version you’re always telling me I have to upgrade, but you never offer me the same game you want me to change games I want to keep my father this app and if you don’t have another version, why make me upgrade stop making me upgrade if I don’t want to

I wish it would show your actual score at the end instead of all of the other details. Maybe drop one of them and put in what you need to for the game to show your score.

I’ve noticed a lot of repeat decks. Like right after I finish one and start a new game it’ll be the same deck I just finished. A couple of times it has happened even three times in a row. It’s not stimulating to play the same game over and over.

The game is could be amazing but the amount of annoying ads are ridiculous and they pop up in the middle of every single game and it’s never just one ad it’s two or three. I used to get annoyed when games would make us watch an ad after every game but now that they are forcing us to watch them in the middle of the game and constantly breaking our concentration I think I’m going to keep looking for a game that has less ads and doesn’t constantly ask for money if they don’t adjust their ad situation to be a little more player friendly.

No you do not gives choice. The player cannot proceed with the game until you get the answer you want. The this app game I preferred I could not continue until you decided I could. When I touched the next game button I was give another version of this app. So, I had to get out of the site and wait until you finally decided I could get the game version I preferred.

I have played this several times and enjoy it. Too often, I have to watch an ad for updating this app. I am unable to get back to Mahjong.. any suggestions?

I like this game. I play it way more than any other version of this app that I’ve ever downloaded. I’m a bit confused about some of the items you gain like wands, jewels, cat toys, etc. But overall, it’s a pretty fun game. Two thumbs up! 👍🏾👍🏾

I play to relax. The music helps! I like light, airy music, no singing, and happy notes!!! I don’t have a lot of time to spend, and that is whst I want in a game or I do not keep it on my phone! Thanks for the great nature backgrounds! I love watching birds…calms my anxiety as well!!

I too waste too much time trying to get away from the adds When I play a game, I would like to play it through and when I’m reading the Bible, I don’t want his games and stuff on that so that’s about it not happy at all

Do enjoy playing this mode of this app. Fast moving game but still enjoyable. One complaint, the daily challenge screen or board doesn’t work. Every time I try to play it just doesn’t work properly. Would like to see that adjusted.

I downloading because I like the developer’s other games and because they promoted it as the most fun Klondike game. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually is the best one I have played. Unlike every other Klondike, it has many side goals that really ups the fun factor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Have more fun with this game and it doesn’t hold me up by locking an ad on screen that won’t let me out. When that happens in a game I just move on to different game.

I love Solitaire . Play all the time. However in the collection area where I love watching the matches being made. I never know when it completes the last level. I have tried several times. I watched one time and it just started a new series. When the last level is reached we should at least get some kind of alert? Just saying. CWE

I love all the options/features. Great graphics. Although it’s of little importance, I like that it gives the option to download a background from your gallery. Someone left a review actually complaining about having “forced updates.” Since when was an update a bad thing? Giraffe123, maybe you need head out of the clouds.

I opened it just to see if I would be interested 😳and to my amazement, I played the game up to level 41. I’m an older person and having that wonderful game of forgetfulness with my brain. Yet I spent over an hour not realizing that much time had passed. Now it’s pass my bedtime. I’m going to have to play this one at a time during the daytime and set my clock. Really enjoyable!!!!! I am giving this one 5 stars even though the stars went to sleep 😴 without me.

The daily challenges are a great addition! They add variety and give me something new to look forward to each day. Plus, I appreciate that there are no annoying pop-up ads.

I can't stop playing! The difficulty levels are just right, and I love the stats feature that lets me track my wins and moves. Solitaire design is simple, which makes it so easy to use.
