Pyramid of Mahjong Reviews

I had three of G5’s mahjong games on my phone. It was time to update Emperor of Mahjong, but it would never start the update, deleted the game. Today there was an update for Pyramid Mahjong….. guess what? The update never initiated, guess I will have to delete this one also. The next game I am waiting to see if it does the same thing, Mahjong Sheriff. This is a bummer because I have progressed really far in each one of these games and I really like playing them. I have followed every instruction that Support has suggested, but to no avail.

Love the game, however it is EXTREMELY frustrating to continually get the exact same board over and over. I could not figure out the solution the first time so I have play the exact same board seven or more times before getting a different board? I do not mean the layout, rather I am talking about the matches available. Exact same matches available repeatedly? Also love the boards that only provide one match per move that can not be beat without using the shuffle cheat. Excuse me I mean “boost”. Seriously? Just do not understand the logic in the naming? Unfortunately this match flaw extends across all their tile matching games, which makes me believe it is deliberately coded into the game to convince people to pay for the cheats. Sigh!!! Sorry I meant “boost” so they can shuffle the tiles until they get a winnable board. Usually takes ten (10) or more attempts before a winnable board arrives.

I have loved and played this game since I downloaded it to the exclusion of all others. BUT, it seems the more levels I achieve the longer it takes, the more times I must defeat any challenge, and am unable to move up quickly. Since I am on a limited income, I am unable to pour lots of money into the game. This maybe why I can’t move through the levels as quickly as I had in the beginning. This game and it’s sister game both play the same, unless you can pour LOTS of real money in forget it. It will take longer and longer to get to level 30 or beyond. I have wanted to delete both games, but I just love this game and hate to delete it. I don’t know how much longer I will play, but this is a great game and for some strange reason, once you are in the game it’s hard to let go.

I will get to point that there are no more matches so I reshake them and then it freezes. I can’t move anything, the tools are grayed out and no way to refresh. I end up having to back out and then I’ve lost energy and anything I have collected. With as much as y’all charge for the tools you think I wouldn’t have these problems. This needs to be fixed. I’m so frustrated. I now every time I get to end and collect everything, it freezes. The whole screen I can’t even back out and I’ve lost energy and list the green cube I had to buy to reshuffle the tiles. I have to quit game. I updated and it’s worse

There is such a thing as making it TOO impossible! I can use up all my energy in one location, and still not obtain the article I need. It’s very frustrating to the point of having to download competing designer’s games to kill time while I wait for energy to reload. Same goes for G5’s Empire of Mahjong. I get that you’re trying to make money off of people buying extra things to help the game along, but some of us are hopelessly addicted and BROKE!! 🤣 Can you loosen up a bit with the difficulty algorithms??? SHEESH. At least have different options for obtaining energy? Maybe? Pretty please?? 🥺

So far I like the game . The wheel does not have enough instructions. What is the objective (to line up the three wheels ) I get that but I couldn’t get the wheel to turn . The time ran out and I was still trying to figure out how to move the wheels. The rest of the game is explained well . What happened to the instructions for the wheel ?

The artwork is amazing. In the game you can use cheats to reshuffle the tiles. You earn the cheats by buying them or earning gems by watching ads. However, sometimes the ad will not play, or just go all white or all black screen, until you restart the game,which is annoying when you need that cheat for the game you’re playing. Also, when they say that something can be found in the game, they mean maybe it’s there but no guarantee, but you will probably have to play that one a few times before you find it.

I just started playing this game and I like the mahjong games but the storyline is confusing. There’s so many tasks it’s hard to know where to go . Also, when I click to play each event, it’s very slow and when I click on stuff I have to click a few times. Idk..it could be better. I’m gonna keep playing and hopefully it gets better and more clear to me.

If you like these types of games then you will like this one. The only thing is it will not let you catch up with the items list. If that list could be added every other level that would make this game even more enjoyable! Still worth downloading though!

I find this game to require just the right amount of time from me with just the right payoff. I’m busy throughout the day and can’t commit huge blocks of time. I also need something that’s going to reduce my stress, not add to it. This does just what I want and need; and I thank you for it.

I like that it has different skill levels. Some nights I am tired but I still want to play but am not up to an extreme challenge. Most days though, I love leveling up and seeing the artistry the next step brings. I get as much joy visually from the game as I do the challenge.

I like this game but when I don’t play every I lose my place and do not have enough to restore game. If I would have to start from beginning every day I would quit the game. For some reason you are letting me continue to play. If that would not continue, I would discontinue playing your game.

I really enjoyed this game for weeks on end, and looked forward to the next time I sat down to play.

However, it is now getting boring, the “monsters” come back again time after time, even when you think you only have a couple left. You close it down, get back to work, and when you open it back up, not only are the ones you left still there, but they have multiplied five fold, or more. The level I am on, leaves you knowing you will never, ever, get through that level and it gets tedious!

I will try and find another game to play, rather than continue with this one. You feel like you don’t have a chance to go further. I do have to say it has been challenging, and up to this point I have enjoyed it.

This is a cute game. It keeps your attention and the art work is stunning. The only thing is that unless you purchase the “hints and tool” you can’t win. I just played for awhile and did not win even one game. Being poor right now I have deleted it. I know this is how they make a living but it’s just not possible.

I love this game so much for the simple fact that you are given an option on whether you want to purchase pieces that can help you with the game levels or win them the old fashioned way by just playing each mission. It is definitely great for passing free time, and it can become addictive on a daily basis fyi!

I really like this game but you make it so difficult to get diamonds that you can lose your life savings . I can’t even tell you how much money I’ve spent on this game just seems a little too much if you could give diamonds for everyone as a reward.
I do like the game but I’m afraid I’m addicted to it and it’s costing me too much money I can understand that you need to make money on this but I think you’re doing it in the wrong way. There Has to be a better way of rewarding a player who Does well. I hope you reconsider changing the star reward because one diamond is not going to help anybody.

The Pyramid and Journey are the best Mahjong games I have ever played. I love the quests. I wouldn’t mind if you built a new one. This game offers a bit of real history and that keeps you going and not so much geared to young people. As I said, sure wish you would write a new one... maybe building on how after the settlers first started life here in America. Mix western civilization with the Indians. Anything... I would like a new one. If you want me to be a Beta tester, please let me know.

These Mahjong games (Pyramid, Emperor, and Sheriff) are my favorite Mahjong games. The game boards and game pieces are beautifully designed - my compliments to the designers! The game play is more than fair, although somewhat frustrating at times; but that’s the nature of Mahjong and why I love the game. These are the very BEST out there. I love the storylines, the characters, the graphics, the music. The only games I leave the music on! If you enjoy Mahjong, you will most likely really enjoy these three games.

And exciting. Another thing is this game is awesome because it is easy to play. Next this game is fun because it is a great mahjong matching game. Then this game is amazing because it is in the country of Europe. Furthermore this game is exciting because you learn a lot of stuff about the country of Europe. In Conclusion The Pyramid of Mahjong is more than five star rated game is that it is awsome,fun,amazing and exciting because it is in the country of Europe which the city is Egypt and you learn a lot of artifacts,culture,mummy like people and the history

Love the game but seems to take way too long for updates to arrive in PyramidofMahjong Store for iPhone!! I don’t receive updates for any of your games until 4-5 days after update announced. I have completed every single special event but always have to catch up for days lost due to late update. Game is outstanding otherwise!!
