MPC app seemed legit then asked for CC # for a no charge then got a notification of $39.99 charge on an unknown account so it was a scam, at least for me

Currently Useless

The app allows you to fill in data. But once arriving at designated airport there wrre multiple errors preventing submission whether on cellular or wifi. Error message sstated to contact an agent. Once in front of a Custom agent the problem was explained to which he replied that he didn't need the app for processing. Without being able to use this the whole thing from beginning to end took only 2 minutes to clear customs. This app is currently junk. Perhaps updates will help

Disappointed

I spent a lot of time and energy downloading this app, reading all the instructions, taking pictures, uploading the documents and entering info in order to save time at the airport only to find out when going through US Customs that they are not accepting the mobile app at this time. There were no notifications or messages informing me about that through the app. Feels like a waste of my time. I wish I would have been notified beforehand.

Cannot fill out ahead of time

What a hassle to have to wait until you land to fill everything out. What’s the point. When you travel 22 hours from Asia (including stops), you’re exhausted! Last thing I want to be doing is filling out paperwork on a 7-inch screen! Why can’t it be filled out a day before? Why within 4 hours? What a pain.
