Stamp Reviews

Positives:
• Stamp ’s layout is beautiful, easy to navigate, and really pleasing to look at
• You can rate Movies and Tv Shows
• The number out of 10 system is really nice and different from Letterboxd star rating system.
• Being able to change the poster and banner
style on your reviews is really cool and fun to do to give your reviews variety
• Featured articles, trailers, actors, actresses, and polls are really awesome features
• Finding where to watch shows and movies is really easy as you can look through whats on streaming services

Negatives:
• Although you can create collections, you can’t create rankings/lists which is extremely disappointing
• You have a limit on how many reviews you can make every hour (you can only review/log 7 Movies/tv shows total every hour)

Honestly Stamp would be perfect if you got rid of the hourly limit and added rankings two things that don’t seem difficult to change.

I have multiple lists in my notes to keep track of my favorite movies, albums, and books… Now I can just keep track of these things using this one app! While also discovering new pieces of media through others’ profiles.

However, I’ve noticed one thing that doesn’t seem to be working… I’m able to create lists within every other category except “Books.” When I click to create a list, the screen just goes gray/white. Please fix this !

It’s a simple app. Easy to write reviews and scroll through what other people have to say about a show/movie. I just wish there were categories. Like different genres at the top of the page.

I think Stamp outdoes most others, although the only thing that bothers me is how you have to click on each movie individually to rate it. On a similar app, Taste, you can rate a hundred movies very quickly, and then you can see your stats. If that feature was added, this would hands down be the best app for rating movies.

LOVE Stamp; me and my friends use it religiously after finishing a movie, TV series, etc.

One note for the developer that I think makes Stamp a 5/5 stars would be the ability to turn on post notifications for users of your choice. Please, please, please make this happen!!!

this app is so easy to use. It’s just like looking at Instagram but I’m just looking for movies and TV shows, plus posting myself. The layout just makes me wanna keep scrolling and keep adding!

Scrolling all day gets me tired and finally there is a place for me to find all the movies and shows I would want to watch!!! Tells you where to watch and even what my friends think about it!

I waste way too much of my life scrolling through streaming services to find a good tv show or movie to watch. This is a great way to find new content by seeing what my close, likeminded connections are watching/enjoying! 5 Stars!

90% of the time I want to watch a new movie or show, I pick something based on a recommendation from a friend or family member. This is the perfect platform to see some options from them instead of some random people.

Easy to use interface, with tons of great recommendations. The social aspect is my favorite part, seeing what my friends and family think about shows is awesome.

This has to be the best social discovery app out there. Get recommendations from friends, watch trailers, find out where to watch, and share thoughts with your friends.

I don’t scroll through Netflix mindlessly anymore. That’s a win in my book!

I was in the same cycle of rewatching the office, South Park, or American horror story until this app came out. It has critiques from people that actually know and that I know have similar taste. No more endless searching on Netflix for a good movie

What a creative way to share with friends what you’ve been watching lately. I know my days of endlessly browsing for my next movie/show are over now that I have this app. Great for serious movie goers to analyze and share their thoughts, and also for the casual watcher who likes to hear other people’s thoughts! Unsure how this hasn’t been around for years but it’s brilliant and I’m excited to see it take off!

This is my new go to for when I’m trying to find a show to watch. Also the watchlist feature is so helpful for keeping track of what I want to watch.
