Waste of money

I’ve only had it for a few hours, and it’s constantly disconnecting from the server and keeps saying try connecting again try connecting again try connecting again. I have 5G, and Wi-Fi turned on. This is nonsense, and a total waste. Very disappointing.
I cannot block people from messaging me in this app

There's a rapey bastard who typed a description of raping me in my IM's while I was AFK, and I can't even block them from messaging me on Speedlight. I would try to contact you but it's been made complicated instead.

I am not sure about this app. I can not see my body I just see a stick figure. I can’t hear music. I can not walk with lag. I’m using a iPad on Wi-Fi. I’ve even tried using a nicer phone same story. I lag so bad it’s not even worth using the app. I paid for gold thinking that would help. Not at all. Still lagged with my stick figure body.
