Half the app wouldn’t load

I had both this app and another self-care app on my phone. This one I downloaded because it had many activities related directly to being LGBTQ+, but all of the ones I was most excited about wouldn’t load in my device. I ended up uninstalling the app because it wasn’t better than other self-care apps I had without those features. Ironically, when I went to uninstall it prompted me to leave a message for the developers as to why I was doing so, and the place to leave a message didn’t load either. I was really excited for this app, but when all of the activities I wanted to engage with were trapped behind a loading screen I had no reason to keep it on my phone.

It seems like an ok app but you have to pay for most of it. If I could pay for therapy then I would. Also something for the developers, for the explore part with the dealing with gender dysphoria, you put one of the most hated trans people. She is hated by everyone in and out of the community. Not for being trans but because she looks for problems to make content with.

i was excited when i came across this app because it seems very lgbtq+ friendly however upon my first bedtime meditation part of the guidance suggested going back to a time when you were a younger "boy or girl"...that was kind of jarring as a non-binary person... would suggest updating meditations to be less binary, therefore more inclusive, a great remedy would be to just add "or young person". Glad to see meditations around dealing with transphobia, will check those out. Will continue to use the app and hoping for less gendered guidance in future meditations.
