This company mismanaged my property, left my tenants without heat for several days before even contacting me about fixing their furnace, missed multiple months of payments to me, gave me several different reasons for this and eventually stopped responding to emails. Don’t use them if you value your property or your sanity.

This review has nothing to do with the app but more so the property management team itself. This was the worst place I have ever lived. Upon move-in it was so filthy that I even found cat poop in the bedrooms and the cleaning service they hired quit on the job (guess they didn’t think it was important enough to hire anyone else because upon move in the condition of the home was horrid), crayon all over the walls and when they came to paint it, they did one sloppy coat and left, the grass was so tall it went up to my knees (then they tried to charge me for calling and asking for the grass to be cut???), none of the appliances worked and it took a few weeks to get them fixed (I mean everything - the stove, the freezer, the dishwasher, the garbage disposal, both showers, the list goes on).Then upon moving out, they took over half of my deposit for me blaming me for things that weren’t even real. They charged me for a broken toilet seat that didn’t even exist and when asking them about it, they called it an “error” - upon so many other charges I had to get refunds for.
They are money hungry and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR HOMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
