The app is okay and I can see how some businesses find it helpful. I had an issue the first time using it and getting orders where my venmo link didn’t fully paste (seemingly due to a character limit) causing a customer to pay the wrong person for their order. They said they’d investigate and I never heard back. I’m hoping this issue was fixed, but I still don’t know. I was also hoping to be able to offer a preorders and set item limits on my end. For example I’m offering up to 6 total sourdough loaves on a particular day. Once that number is hit it wouldn’t allow any more orders for that item. I was told that feature was coming in the latest update, but it doesn’t seem to be there. I would also love the ability to manually enter orders without a customers email or phone number required. Some of my customers don’t seem to like the extra step of putting info/ordering in Bakesy. I’d like the option to enter the order myself with their name and no other info just so I can keep track of orders more easily.

So far it’s limited for what it can be used for wish it had more customization and a actual calendar or option to accept orders anytime also when u complete a order it doesn’t even show up in completed section.. quirks to it might go back to my regular website so far no real Benefits I see In using it Response there isn’t a calendar with actual time slots and the only option I see is for the whole month with days and min 1day lead time which blocks out a day and half… which means the app isn’t set up to take order same day.. and I was referring to it not showing up in the completed section I guess it’s just there when ur actively working on the orders the same day imo it should be moved around. But hey what do I know (update found the off switch that allows me to do same day the set up intentionally asks u to select a lead time which is why I assumed it could only be that) still has some quirks I feel like can be improved on to make it better imo

So I definitely feel like this app has a lot of potential however I think it still has a ways to go. I think it’s a little confusing from the business standpoint setting up the profile and flavors and what not and then also from the customer standpoint it’s a little confusing because there’s a section that asks you for flavors icing all those kind of questions however there’s not a way for me to edit those and it’s just weird because that’s not necessarily what I’m offering it’s just a little confusing. i’m also not a huge fan of the way it has you set up your menu. like everything is almost there it’s just a little off and a little confusing
