Worst app
It’s the worst the delivery app. You should order through marsool or jahez. I’ve been waiting for my order for an hour and half and still hasn’t come yet still the costumer service number is not working. And there is no way to call the branch. This is my second time experiencing this and it will be the last

Worst Experience
I had the worst experience using ALBAIK app for delivery took more than 2 and half hours to deliver my order. Also, when I call customer service no one answer my call then they hang up on me!!!!! للاسف اسوء تجربة توصيل طلبات من مطعم فوق ساعتين ونص عشان يوصل طلبي و لما دقيت على خدمة العملاء انتظر انتظر محد يرد و بالاخير يتم تقفيل الاتصال عليه!!!
