myVEGAS Bingo Reviews

This game was incredible until the update in June that completely transformed the experience and gameplay. If you’ve played other bingo apps (see Bingo Wild, Bingo Blitz) then you’re already familiar with the changes they rolled out. Instead of rolling a fixed set of powerups for each game (and rerolling with diamonds) you now have a powerup bank that randomly spews mostly crappy powerups that you amass doing non-Bingo ‘activities’. You will be very frustrated for the short time you’re able to play before running out of chips, and you will be bored.

If the developers are unwilling to undo the update, and everything signals that’s the case (look at the copy/paste boilerplate developer responses), do yourself a favor and download either Bingo Wild or Bingo Blitz. I used to recommend this game over those, but this game is now just an inferior copy of those that also has crazy glitches those don’t have. It’s incredibly sad that the developers don’t care at all about their loyal players. I used to be more than happy to drop money on this game, not because you had to, but because it was that much fun. Since you have to pay to play this one now you might as well download one of the other apps, which at least don’t crash and are a better investment considering the developers for this one are willing to steamroll their longtime players and break their own game for a cash grab.

I tried this game yesterday and while it worked it was a lot of fun. Now I’m no longer able to contact support through the game so this is the only way I know of to let the game know my problem. It’s disappointing because now I have to delete the game for good 😞. Can’t play a game that won’t work. I really wish this would work. So what happened was…. All of a sudden it would no long allow me to go the bingo cards. So while I was given a 24 hour booster it is being wasted while the game is broken. I have tried contacting customer support and I got a message back saying they took the day off. Well, today I still have gotten no response. The only thing the game allows at this point is to purchase but why would I spend money on a game that I can’t even play and that has no support. I thought I found my new game. I have tried everything to fix it on my end. I deleted the game and restarted it 2 times. It will let me get to a certain point and then just stops working. I can’t enter any of the casinos to play bingo. I really hope they get it fixed because it would be a really fun game. So just to be clear this would be an awesome game if it worked how it is supposed to. I think if you are looking for a bingo game and you find it works for you then you will be happy. But since it doesn’t for me it gets 1 star. 🥺😢😤😩

I’m gonna say the Pro of this game is sooo much fun and I look forward to playing it when I just don’t feel like thinking about every day life issues.
The CONS! I don’t even know where to start. On the Friday July 23rd I went to purchase a chip and diamond bundle that they offer. This bundle that was offered has 2 packages that you can buy and your only allowed to purchase them one time only each package and I went to buy it and it doesn’t go through.. it keeps loading! Charged my card twice for each package that your only allowed to purchase one time only and it never gave me my chips or diamonds I purchased! I forced closed myVEGASBingo and same things. Nothing! Try to purchase diamonds same day still nothing!! Prior to this I would buy chips or diamonds to use. Sometimes I go through as much as 10 or more power up selections for my game for it to crash and reset on me! Losing almost everything I purchased. Please have this issue fixed it’s taking my money and it doesn’t work. I don’t mind paying for it because like I said it helps me not think after a long days of work but at this rate I think I might have to find another game until this games improves! Also, please find other ways that you offer more free hourly chips. It’s just simply not enough. Thanks!

I tried to write this review this morning but apparently it didn’t get posted so I’m going to try again. I actually wrote support but I have not heard anything back. When I first started this game I thought it was fun. It seems like you could win jackpots and lots of bingos..But soon I started to realize that as I was winning a lot the game would immediately crash. It only happened when I seemingly had a lot of Bingos and it happened before the end of the game. I quickly would log back on and try to click the button to get back in the game because I figured it would put me back in the game but instead defaults you to max betAnd a new game. Without realizing it when I push the button in a panic trying to get back into my old game it spent all of my chipsOn a max bet on a max card game that I would never have done had I wasn’t panicking trying to get back in to get the chips I would have won on the previous game after the game crashed. So, I have very little chips so then this morning I decided to start again and again I was winning just off a little bit but I had several Bingos on one card and all of a sudden the game crashed again. Seems kind of suspicious to me. This game is nowhere near as fun as the other casino game.. And when you’re in a good winning streak it just shuts off mysteriously… And if you panic and log back in and push the first button you get Max Bette and all your chips are gone. No thank you

I like MyVegas; however their CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE! I can’t open my app for the past few months since last year and no one wants to help. I tried contacting myvegas customer service for the past few months since this occurred early last year, and they say they can’t help or they try to pass me along to someone else and that department doesn’t help me either. Now, the my Konomi app will not open as well. I contacted the myVEGAS Bingo and my Konomi support and got the same response. Either they can’t help me or they pass me along to someone else that does not help me.

Please contact me to fix this problem and I will be happy to adjust the rating when I can finally open up the two different MyVegas games apps that won’t open. I’m sorry for the rating but it’s been very frustrating and no one in customer service wants to help. I feel I have been extremely fair as I rarely complained or put up a bad rating last year when it happened. Further, I contacted y’all several times and no one wants to help. Put yourself in my shoes and I think you would feel the same. Again I’m sorry but I feel that I have been fair.

Unfortunately the game has crashed after the second update but it’s still being promoted incessantly. If you can’t load your game you cannot provide any information to the developers with the exception of it will not load and your options are to retry or exit. The game has a lot of potential and can be fun, but thousands of comments have been left via Facebook or other means such as email etc. and nobody seems to have gotten a response. Would be nice for the developers just put out some acknowledgment of the issues and then credit people for all the chips they are losing because they cannot collect!

Unfortunately the game continues to have the same glitches in bags over and over and over and over and players are being patient and losing out on their diamonds and coins. yes, occasionally support will reimburse people a minuscule fraction of what the problem was. Would love to keep supporting the game but it has been become more work than it has been fun. And with the latest increased costs (without ever taking a poll) in diamonds/chips just to supposedly get a bigger payout is absolutely robbery and you should be ashamed.

I don’t mind the game. But when hit something big and the words cover up the bingo board so you can’t see the numbers that’s a problem for a fast paced game. Then the issue of playing a 4 card game at max bet and the game doesn’t award the bingo chips for getting a bingo and the customer service tells me to blame my internet provider for slow speed as the reason behind it. Then when I ask if my chips will be reimbursed and the response I get is that I need to take it up with my internet provider again as the answer to my question is a very poor response. What do they want me to do call my internet provider and have them buy me playing chips???? Oh yeah that’s gonna go over so well! Come on give me a break and reimburse me for my chips. It’s not like myVEGASBingo doesn’t make money or MGM doesn’t have the money to do it. As a loyal player to MyVEGAS bingo, MyVEGAS slots, pop slots, and the Konami slot app for MGM I have seen nothing but bad customer service from this company. Not only from the apps but also from the hotels and other items they have as rewards. Basically if you problem do t report it because no one cares about keeping their customers happy at MGM.

The game is a lot of fun when it’s not being glitchy. And unless you fully intend to spend money, I would just pass altogether. They pin you to a stand still where you can’t play unless you pay, and there’s zero incentive. Sure you can earn real prizes to be used in Vegas, but the length of time you need to spend, amount of money, and general sheer luck just doesn’t balance itself out.
The game can be glitchy, not letting you join any games whatsoever due to a network issue. I spent a little to keep playing, but the diamonds I bought were burnt up in one of these glitchy moments. I did request some help on the matter but after four days of no response, I figured screw it. I’m not getting back what I paid for, and they already have my money so clearly they aren’t going to care.
I’ve uninstalled because it makes me WANT to spend money. Lol but there are thousands of other games well worth sinking time and potentially money in to. Games with developers that care.

TL:DR Go find a different Bingo app, this one will inevitably force you to spend a lot of money and is glitchy and not stable a lot of the time.

Used to be a fun game. It was easy to build up coin and gems just by logging in and collecting daily/hourly bonuses. But for whatever reason the developers decided that they needed to raise the bet substantially. Don’t get me started on the inability to win a hand if you don’t use gold cards…you must use gems to get gold cards. Anyway, the glitches in the game I can deal with, they don’t really happen that often. But the minimum bet increase and no increase to our login bonuses-that was a blow. At least with your other myVEGAS games you can actually play a little with the login bonus. Not anymore with bingo. And the claim of higher payouts…that was a load of you know what! Unless you’re using gold cards you aren’t winning any substantial amount back. Even when i use gold cards and get a bingotacular one card, triple on another, double on a third card and a single on the 4th card…I’ll probably only win back just slightly more than i paid in with these ridiculously high buy ins. Seriously, either lower the buy in back to what it was…or increase the login bonus…or actually do what you promised and give higher payouts. OMG and what’s up with clubs??? Seriously, i had 143 balls and only need 1 number for blackout yet somehow didn’t get that number??? Give me a break!!! Fix the clubs!!!

This game needs real work. Look at your reviews for crying out loud!

UPDATE #2 I’ve been continuing to play this for 1 round 2 or 3 times a day...hoping it’ll get better at least maybe for A ROUND. Unfortunately it does not. Doesn’t matter how much I bet with 4 cards and use gold power ups. No bingo for me but, always for the same “select” players getting multiple bingos and top scores. This is not fun to play. If developers are trying to get players to stick around and play something has to change. I will never spend $ to play anything that has no (equivalent to) gaming commissioner. These apps with in app purchases are run on the honor system? Bahahahaha! GREED will win the vast majority of the time. I’m going to pass on that.
UPDATE I deleted app and reinstalled it and it finally works. myVEGASBingo has potential. However in the last few days I’ve been paying attention to the winners and it seems that it’s frequently the same names. Not surprised at all. Just like most with in app purchases. I never win back equal to or above my bet no matter how I play. Also, I’m having to tap numbers more than once a lot. Oh well.

Just got myVEGASBingo yesterday and played a few times. Very difficult to get even 1 bingo even when spending 100 “gems” for 6 “gold” power ups. However, today I’ve tried many times to open app to play and it won’t load. It is not my WiFi. So...

I have gotten a hold of support several times about server issues. I have sent them screenshots of what it says problems connecting to server. Make sure you have the latest updated version of myVEGASBingo. I have the latest version. I told them I have the latest version that I have an installed, it reinstalled it that I have emptied the cache. I do not have a memory problem. I have plenty of room on my phone. I still have almost 100 GB of room on my phone. I cannot connect to the server. It’s been going on for a week and a half and all they keep saying to me, tell us what the problem is tell us what the problem is and then telling me to do all this stuff that I’ve already done several times and then if it’s working, what is up with the Server. What more do they want? The problem is I cannot hook up to the server. That’s the problem. I know how to take care of things and to do things when there’s a problem and I’ve done all those things and it’s still not connecting to the server. I’m getting so tired of this, I’m ready to throw on this game. I’ve been playing it for a couple years and I absolutely love it but just too many problems. I’m gonna get kicked off of my club and everything because of this I probably already have been.

So a few months ago I downloaded this game, I love bingo games and thought it looked really fun…. Not gonna lie, it’s actually extremely fun and super easy to become obsessed with it! BUT!! As time goes on and the more you play it, you start realizing that you aren’t getting any more bingos, except on very rare occasions, you spend 100 diamonds on six power up cards that you’d be lucky to get through during the game, if you’re service drops, even a smidge, you will get disconnected. Here’s the kicker, you’ll still be playing but! If you bingo it won’t count, then as soon as you get “reconnected” the game ends, you don’t get credit for the 4 bingos you had gotten, so you wasted all those chips, you wasted the diamonds on power ups you didn’t get to use cause of the “disconnection” and when you message support about it the only they say back is, “ Sorry that happened but you are playing on a mobile connection and not on Wi-Fi so disconnection will happen. Better luck next time.” It’s super frustrating that they refuse to even reimburse you the cost of the game. I’m seriously considering deleting this game because it’s not worth it to me. It’s fun whenever you actually get to win. But don’t hold your breath for a win…. Glad I never spent my money on this game….

When it works it’s a fun game. Too often there are glitches and it outright steals your chips in the middle of games as your playing and not only do you lose your initial chips, but the ones you would have earned during the game you were playing. The games bingos don’t pay enough either as it takes a minimum of 5-7 bingos just to break even if you play 4 cards. That accompanied with having to spend approximately 800 diamonds on good cards just to get a halfway decent 6 cards. In closing we as players are getting screwed in every way in both chips and diamonds and they just keep getting greedier as it’ll force you to buy things to keep playing in one capacity or another!

The developer response is terrible! Instead of admitting their issues it only responds by saying to make sure you have the newest update and so forth. Instead of giving back some of the many chips that have been stolen from the account and attempting to resolve something. It seems like it’s run by some very challenged professionals that have no regard for any of the patrons and only care about the greed of myVEGASBingo !

My entire review was obviously a complete waste of time as was their ridiculous response!!

I started playing this game while pregnant good time waster since I was a high risk pregnancy and wasn’t allowed to do squat. Mind you I recently had my baby on the 8th. Before I went to the hospital I could play the game just fine. Small glitch with the bingo cards not loading after a game, that was an easy fix, just tap the tasks immediately exit the task, and boom bingo cards. Cool, I can deal with that. But literally as soon as I get home from the hospital the game will NOT even load. I get maybe a quarter of the way through the initial loading screen and it just sits there. It’s not my phones data and it has nothing to do with my WiFi or the millions of other WiFi networks I’ve tried to run the game on. I just updated it to the latest version and soon as there was even an update. But it will still not go past that mark. I love the myVEGAS series of games. I lived in Vegas for 8 years recently moved out of state but my parents still live there and we all play so we can rack up enough to go out whenever I’m in town. Guess I won’t be headed into town anytime soon if this keeps happening.

I love the game when it’s working properly! But here in the past couple of months, I’m having the issues over and over! My main issue is the game shutting down at any given time. As annoying as it is, I can deal with it shutting down as long as I’m not in the middle of a game or especially when I’m in the count down getting ready to start a game. Every time it shuts down at these times, I lose my chips!! I should never have to lose my chips when I haven’t even started playing my cards or when I’m in the middle!! This also happens when I’m down on last bit of chips! So to keep playing I either have to purchase and or wait hours to collect enough from my 2hr bonus chips! This is ridiculous! I will also agree with other players in the buy ins have gotten ridiculous with the little amount of chip bonuses and the amount of gems it takes to get gold cards. And the gold cards are not producing the extra help like they once were! You might get a good selection once out of 5 or 6 times. And depending on which casino your at, your looking at possibly close to 2000 gems! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Plus every time you all do an update saying you’ve fixed the problems, I don’t see ANY difference! I can deal with a lot of issues, but I can’t deal with constantly losing chips on games I haven’t even played yet or when I haven’t even finished the game! Some how some way, give me my chips back and my review will read a lot better next time!

I’ll give this game three stars because it’s fun and I’m addicted! Would have given all five stars, but for the past three days, every time I try to play an error pops up that I need to ‘reset’ and it’s looped. That is so annoying! So, while I’m at it, I’ll add that I sent a comment to support or whoever, and they NEVER responded, to tell them that my stats don’t update. I’ve been in first place about as many times as I’ve been in second and third! Who knows if that may matter when competing for some type of prize??!!! Also at times, have to tap numbers more than once or twice to get them to illuminate, and the game stopped awarding badges and name choices. Well, I hope the game gets updated, or at best, the bugs exterminated and not “fixed!” ************ So, I tried to ‘remove’ myVEGASBingo and redownload…same issue. Then I had the brilliant idea to delete myVEGASBingo and reload. Not only did it wipe EVERYTHING out, it still did not award me with the the one first place win, but instead awarded me with one 2nd and one 3rd place win. SMDH. I just lost some loot! Not happy AT ALL!!!!!!!

I love playing Bingo but I agree with the other reviewers there are some major isuues. The first one if myVEGASBingo crashes before a game or in the middle of the game, there is no way to get my chips or gems back. Unlike other myvegas apps such as pop slots and MGM, where if my game fails or I get kicked out in the middle of it, they will still reward me with my chips earned in some way. This really pisses me off especially when I’m down to my last chips. The second issue is the price keeps on rising if you want to purchase chips. I didn’t mind purchasing extra chips when the prices were low but I think the prices to purchase chips or gems have risen at an exponential rate. The longer you play the game and the more stars you collect, the price to play bingo gets more expensive. I think you should keep the prices low and give customers an option if they want to play the high roller tables. Just like in real gambling there are people who just want to play in the penny slots. If you kept the prices low, I would continue to purchasing chips and enjoying the game.

I do so so love this game. Love it so much I look forward to playing it several times a day. But I will agree with many players that the hourly and daily chips/diamonds are not enough to play several games. I’d love to be able to sit here and play 10 games or more but it’s usually only 3 games a day because there are not enough chips/diamonds to continue. Also in the last 2 days. My app during the game has just turned off. Here I’m so excited to play my 3 games and every game I was playing shut off and sent me back to my iPhone Home Screen. Taking all my chips and diamonds. The game telling me I quit before the game was over. No the dam thing just shut off!!!! So so frustrating. So I have to wait til the next day, to play my 3 games that I have only enough chips/diamonds to play. I absolutely love love love this game and I really hope you can fix some of the major issues with this game. More chips/ diamonds and fix the glitches please.

I can’t believe I ever played another bingo game. I love this one! Maybe it’s the noises and sounds it makes when you click on a number. Maybe it’s the fact you can get multiple bingos in a game on the same card. Maybe it’s the events that they have to hook you into playing more, i don’t know… what it is for me but I’m hooked! I’ve downloaded on my phone and my iPad and often play them both at the same time. I do admit that it has some glitches like kicking you out a game after you’ve used diamonds for power up cards or mysteriously losing “connection” when you’re on a bingotacular roll but all in all it’s still a great game. I love that you can use tickets to play the slots for more diamonds if you don’t want to pay for more but more often I am paying for daub hints and get the diamonds in the pack as a bonus. I’m sure I will enjoy this game for years to come.

I very much so love POP SLOTS so when I decided to go ahead and click on myVEGAS Bingo after coming up 100 times I thought it was going to be a good game it’s thrilling I like bingo and overall it’s a familiar platform to POP! Slots. However, you go to play and all of a sudden after using all your gold power ups are all your chips leaving you not enough to play the next round because you maxed your bed as it tells you to do it completely closes out and you lose everything this is the fifth time since downloading this game it’s taken all my chips are on my power ups and not giving them back. I’m over it. I’m ready to uninstall the game. It doesn’t make sense or it says oops. There was a problem. All your chips and power will be restored. You log back in nothings there. What a shocker seems like it’s just one of you to spend money, but not give you anything back in return shameful. I would very much like all my chips back and all my power up back.
