I want to unsubscribe to TextKiller immediately I am still getting messages and I read reviews and your plan stinks
I can’t add an accepted phone # or keyword! The add feature doesn’t work on iPhone! I’ve missed some texts from people in my contact’s because they are going to junk!
I subscribed to your service a couple of months ago, paying the annual fee. There has been no change to my incoming texts from unknown persons, which are many. As your service is ineffective I would like a refund and discontinue use of the service. You may contact me at 5129701894.
How can I forward you Spam texts /numbers?
Today I found a couple of personal texts that were sent over a month ago, but landed in TextKiller junk folder here on my iPhone 12. Hence, I never got those texts and now know why there was a lot of confused miscommunication with those parties. How do I transfer those non-junk texts into my regular messages folder?

I have only had this app for a couple of days and something’s very wrong because I’ve suddenly gotten scam text after scam text. Unbelievable. Update: someone contacted me and wanted screenshots of the scam texts. I wasn’t sure how to do that so copied one and added the phone # and returned the email. I had already deleted others that day. I have to say it’s been a complete nightmare since I added this app. for such a short time. I have 8 right now. I block them and get the same ones the next day on a different phone number. I was going to screenshot them to send but oddly that email disappeared. I certainly didn’t delete it. It’s nowhere. Not inbox, scam, trash, sent, all mail, etc. It’s just vanished. How does that happen? I want this fixed. Something about this app has obviously attracted these scam texts and I want it fixed. I had to add this stupid app again to write this. Now. I want it canceled ASAP

Huge issue with group texts with 20+ numbers and emails. Put every number and address with as many keywords as possible and texts still getting thru. Additionally, the “killed” texts still show up in a junk folder with an alert and I’m alerted on my other devices as well. So basically it just puts everything in a folder that now you have go in and individually delete. Not sure how this saves me any time or aggravation.
I hoped this was truly a text “killer” meaning it would automatically block and delete messages from numbers or with keywords I plugged in, but it basically just sends them all to a folder that I now have to clean out. I’ll give it month to see if it helps with stopping these annoying texts, but so far, not worth it. It’s an organizational tool and not a text “killer” as advertised.

I decided not to use the app after getting the “are you sure?” type of message from Apple when choosing the app to filter texts in my settings because the message said “the developer of the app will receive your messages from unknown numbers. This may include sensitive information like bank verification numbers.” Which is something I didn’t think of before—when verifying any account by phone number, they send you a text from an unknown number. That text would be easily accessible to the app, wouldn’t it? Although this app seems useful, it also seems dangerous to give someone else access to all your texts from unknown numbers. The only way I’d use this app is if I had a strong guarantee of how my information would be protected by the app and not stolen.
