Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Po app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Po app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Po app on iPhone
Update Po app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Po iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Po on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Po network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Po not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Po app issues:

Force Stop the Po App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Po app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Po to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Po App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Po app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Po.

Fix Po unable to contact server/ Po internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Po » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Po » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Po on android.
