Po iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Po app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Po app on iPhone
Update Po app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Po iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Po on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Po network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Po Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Po not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Po App
1. On android, goto Settings » Po » click [Force Stop]

Update Po to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Po App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Po » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Po.

Fix Po unable to contact server/ Po internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Po » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Po » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Po
