Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Weewx Weather app issues:

Force Stop the Weewx Weather App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Weewx Weather app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Weewx Weather to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weewx Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Weewx Weather app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.

About this app

If you have your own Personal Weather Station, hooked up to a computer (like a raspberryPi) running the Weewx weather software. Combined with an extension available from my website, you'll be able to see what the weather is like at wherever you have the weather station set up. You can see what the current conditions are, along with a graphs of the temperature, rainfall or barometer for either the current day, last week, month or year.
