For what it costs it’s not worth it.

If I could click only one of the points of the star to rate this app I would. When you try to get in our office with the app, it’s pulling up the Apple Wallet instead of letting me in. Enough people are having the same problem to where it should be fixed by now!

It says there was an update, included are patch notes on what was fixed, however, this just simply isn’t true. There is no watch functionality and the smart credential option now seems to take long to proc the reader to allow entry.

Super annoying to be told that this app can be used in the background, but when I’ve got my hands full and try to use that feature to open the door- it pulls up my apple wallet! I have to open the app every single time.
