I did, I paid $2.99 for no adds. Yet every upgrade and perk requires me to watch an add still and I don’t get any bonuses for it. So what did I pay for exactly?
So here’s the review: simple idle game that allows you to grow from the tiniest of cells and make your way up the evolution tree. You must tap for DNA and use said DNA to grow various parts of the creature on your level. This is a slow process, and while tapping away you’re greeted with some educational material about the particular creature you’re building. That’s a nice touch. Now mind you, while this is an idle game of stop an excruciatingly slow one. After paying for no adds (and getting nothing for it) I’m left to assume it’s built that way purposely to maximize revenue for the creator through add revenue. It’s not subtle, it’s blatant. What could be a rather educational and fun game has been turned into another mechanism for profit for profits sake while supplying the player with nothing but time wasted.
So save your $2.99, you’ll still have to watch adds if you want to speed things up. Otherwise prepare to wait as long for progress as it took these chordates to become Homosapien.
Love the game but gave it 1 star due to the fact that after purchasing the no ads upgrade for $2.99, you’re still forced to watch ads to level stuff up. I would expect that after purchasing a no ads upgrade, I should never ever see an ad for any reason....
Ad watching simulator like 90% of the apps these days. They run another ad every 30 seconds or so. You literally can’t play the game because you are constantly bombarded with ads.
I get giving the option to upgrade with an ad but don’t take away the option to buy it just to make me watch an ad. Uninstalled

Every 2 upgrades requires an Ad, and each upgrade is only +1. Then you have the bottom banner ads (which is fine), and then you get random pop-ups for resources which you can watch an Ad to get more, however choosing any option here will generate an Ad so it’s unskippable. Then you also just have random ads popping up throughout as well... Not even close to fun or even playable. It’s just an Ad producing machine for revenue.
At the beginning it vaguely explained what some of the buttons do, and there isn’t even a way to see that again.
Took me a while to figure out what the duplicate parts were for (where you give them cells 5 times, then have to watch adds for the other 2 times). All they do is raise the cells/second, completely pointless.
I realized the only way to keep the game going was to keep leveling up the prestige, but when I was going for the 1000% level it stoped at 88% points w/all the organisms and the duplicate parts maxed out. Google had zero answers, like nobody had this problem or played long enough to care. EXTREMELY frustrating to play for almost a week and then not be able to continue.
Still gave it 3 stars cause it does what it says and real money isn’t needed to play.
It’s a good game. Basic nothing super amazing about it. But it would be even better if when you press the basic option for dna insta of x3 for watching an ad. When you click the normal amount you still get an ad you can’t exit out of. You may as well just get the multiplier
As you can assume from my title, this game doesn’t just love ads, it cherishes them and gives them loads of attention. I wouldn’t mind that much if they were skippable or avoidable in some way, but as far as I can tell, the only way to avoid them is to disconnect everything, WiFi, data, all of it.
Do you want the regular amount of the game’s currency after a few minutes, or do you want ten times that amount? Well, it doesn’t matter because either way you’re getting an unskippable ad, so you might as well pick the more beneficial one. Want to buy an upgrade? You could pay for it... or you could just watch an ad! Sometimes these cells float across the screen, and you want to tap them thinking they’ll give you more rewards, and they will... after another ad! I’m sure by now you see where I am going with this.
It’s a joke that this game still occasionally tells you “No Ads Available” as though it isn’t ready and waiting to throw thousands in your face at a moment’s notice.
I wish you had the option to do more than 5 at a time. It’s annoying to prestige and have to wait that long just holding down the button. Change that to be able to do 100 or max at a time and I’ll change the rating.
There is way too many ads. Almost after every ten clicks there’s an ad. It would be better if there was only ads when I clicked to watch an ad.
The game seems cool but too many ad interruptions. It’s not 5 second ads - usually 30 seconds or more. So you spend less time playing the game and more time waiting for the ad to be over.
It’s a great game, but it has started crashing a lot recently
I haven’t played a lot of this game yet, but I bought the no more ads based off of the reviews. However, now that I have it, I still have to watch ads for everything including the reward spores. My suggestion is to find a way to still make your profit off of the ads without them affecting the gameplay. At leAst make some of the rewards, like the spore, ad free when you buy the no more ads. The purchase was worthless in my opinion as I am disappointed that I spent money on this game.
I am a big fan of idle pet but then I saw this game and it’s just like I can’t pay for anything and there’s just ads and ads and ads and ads. I do not recommend this one. I mean, you can download it if you want, but it’s not the best game in the world. And here’s the reason why I don’t recommend this first it’s hard to get cells second the ads there’s just like more and more and more ads third glitches when I got to human and I did it 100% it just likes glitches and I just don’t recommend this game. You can download it if you want. I just don’t recommend it.
It’s a great little game but as you want to prestige and start over. It would be nice if you could be able to do more points per click on the lower levels till you get to where you slow down. I would love to. Be able to click to have 10,25, 50 100 points. This is why I only can give. A 3 star rating till I see a update at least for this game
Little hack but if you turn your Wi-Fi off there will be no adds besides that it’s a fun easy game to watch and play it’s also really fun when your little guy evolves!
It’s good and all it’s just the ads that makes me mad so this is the history of life(Cell to a Human)
There’s only three mammals in the game and that’s at the very end that’s basically my only complaint pretty good game
This isn’t to review the game, but I just think that it’s funny that they got their music from Minecraft.
