App broken and not loading for over a month already

My app worked great for a couple of weeks and then just stopped loading. I installed and reinstalled (and Lost all my libraries), worked for a day, and broke again. I've put in support tickets and have received no response...I've paid good money for this app, and it doesn't even open up.
Animated Stickers don’t work

I decided to buy the lifetime after trying the app, specially the video to sticker, and reading reviews, however the magic lasted less than an hr when I tried to transfer stickers to WhatsApp and discovered that all animated and video stickers don’t transfer correctly. So I spent 30 dlls in something that didn’t give me what I needed. 😔

I’ve been trying to convert videos into stickers cause me and my buddies on what’s app get a kick out of different stickers we find. I tried to creat a few of my own, “Paid for the app” all to find out it still doesn’t work smh waste of money I want me money back!
