Worst delivery service in existence! Waited 3 hrs for my food and when the bearer arrived, he didn’t even have my order!! RIDICULOUS, right? Also, had to be on the phone with him for hours to direct him when my address was less than 10 mins away from the location the order was processed at. Mess. Hot mess. Then, I called the company to inquire about my food, a customer service rep took my call, won’t disclose name, put me on hold then it hung up and I didn’t receive a call back to apologize for the SUPER inconvenience that I had to face. I DONT RECOMMEND HelloFood. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worst delivery service I’ve ever come across. Customer service is poor and food take too long fi come. Better u leave this alone.

As of right now guys, they don’t deliver to rural areas such as Enterprise, apparently...

I never received my order. Hate this.

Food comes late. And cold. Wouldn’t recommend.

Waited 4 hours and no food all they were doing was giving me the go around.
People should not download this crap

HelloFood doesn’t even open. You select it and it just closes itself out.

Horrible customer service and delivery takes 5 hours

I am having location problems i used to could order and I get it in Westend and now I can’t get any order in West end

If you want to complete the delivery by yourself because the drivers are “tired” then is your app!!! Download your share of unpleasant calls from drivers who won’t complete the orders your place and ask you to meet them outside your complex or downstairs because “they can’t leave their bikes unattended” and even make up excuses like feet / back injuries and other things to avoid climbing stairs… hope you don’t mind them changing orders without notifying you!

First! You have to wait hours on you food
and or biker unable to come. When is not
bike problem is something Else. I've
ordered a meal from 5:35 today and up
until now 8:29 my food haven't been
delivered. This is nonsense! Moreover I
used my card. The money car off but no.
F****ing food ! Uno disgust me!!!! Idk why
me try this place should've used 7Krave
like always. But true them closed.

2nd time using HelloFood first was a nightmare, 2nd time worse HelloFood has many glitches that needs to be fixed i used HelloFood to order from burger king i was charged and the order was never registered so i got nothing.

HelloFood shows that the driver is at the location, however I got a call that no one is willing to take the order? And it will take 3-5 business days to get a refund

The driver was very rude and cursed at me on her last shift delivery stated her shift was over because I took too long with my payment. She end up leaving with my food. When you contact customer service they treat you like dogs. Do not recommend HelloFood. Horrible service.

Absolutely worst customer service, lacks communication, dishonest about the delivery time, close to 3 hours after order was placed wait time, Slowest “ Fast Food” app ever. I have used other apps and where there is an unexpected delay we always get a phone call.. it’s like we are begging these people for the food we ordered.. will not use again!

I tried to use HelloFood but it said that I had to sign up. I go and try to do that but by hen it says that my number is already linked to the account. I decide ok fine let me change the password since it won’t let me in. But then I ask for the code several times and it hasn’t been sent to me. I waited almost 2 mins on multiple attempts. Please. Do better. I won’t bother with HelloFood anymore because it’s getting frustrating

Love HelloFood . Wish there were more options
