I barely started the game and it’s already giving me a hard time with the loading screen , I’ll do the missions and when it goes into any loading screen it always stops at 20% and the whole game freezes completely , I’ve tried restarting the game, deleting and reinstalling and it still has the same issue . It’s quite annoying because you can’t do anything with out going into a loading screen at some point and that’s when it freezes .

So I decided to download the game because I enjoy AFK games, I’ve played dozens of them. So I downloaded this game and from the very beginning I was faced with issues. It started with the first 10 scroll summon tutorial, I did the summon then it got frozen on the screen where the angle says “this is a legendary etc” but nothing showed up on the screen and I couldn’t click off of it. So I closed SummonersEra , reloaded it and it put me through to the next step which was the first level “1-1” so it asked me to select my character to put into the battle while the finger was pointing at my 5* character but it wouldn’t let me select it or any other character for that matter, so I closed SummonersEra again, reloaded, then same result. So I deleted SummonersEra , then re downloaded the game, same result and so I promptly game here to leave a review. And I can tell from reviews I’m not the only one with this issue. Super disappointing, and just hate to see it. Unlucky.

Game is trash always says failed to connect to server , doesn’t matter if you use wifi it still wont work , when i try to contact support it just takes you to Facebook & they never respond… whats the point of it if theres no help , a lot of unfair battles you can have 450k power & lose to someone whos 300k power & 98% of the time you go to arena everyone you encounter are over 700k power while im 450k power it’s useless to play in arena even all other battle modes i still lose lol no way to get better when its constantly losing…

The latest event was released with some type of exploit. The devs proceeded to release an emergency patch shortly after to fix the exploit but instead of doing a rollback they indiscriminately took premium currency and summons from random accounts. My two friends playing the game got nothing taken while I got 7200 gems taken and many scrolls taken from my account(putting me in the NEGATIVE for both). Customer support insisted I abused whatever the exploit was and refused to restore my currencies even though I PROVED, mathematically, that I didn’t abuse the bug. Terrible support and terrible dev team.

I really wish I could give this game a better rating. But it’s so awful, horrible connection issues. Lack luster heroes. And no guide to show what heroes are most used and any type of tier list. SO MANY BUGS IN EVERY SINGLE ACTIVITY AVAILABLE.

For instance. If you go to the dungeons, and progress through any given amount of levels it will just get stuck. I had to fight the same stage 20+ times. Ended up dying 1 from a checkpoint when I should’ve been 20 stages ahead!!

Also the game just crashes for no reason at all. You have to play so slow. Because of you click something too fast it will just close SummonersEra . I have the newest iPhone, so my phone isn’t an issue. I play WAAAAAY more dynamic games than this and don’t have any problems at all.

Don’t even get me started about gems and challenges. You can put hours into the game (plus hours of the game crashing) and earn close to nothing.

I could go on for days about the one million other problems but the last thing I’ll discuss is the heroes.
For instance, the amount of heroes and food you need is ridiculous. If you are a free 2 play person don’t even install. Yeah when you first start you get a decent amount of summons. But they’re terrible for the most part. Then the grind comes to a halt. Because scrolls are so hard to obtain. As are gems.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON A CASH GRAB LIKE THIS. TERRIBLE SUPPORT. NO REWARDS and the player base is so small because of this.

I don’t know what the problem is with the people that manage this game but the way they handle it ruins it. I’ve played this game for 2+ months, love it, but the developers keep changing things around and messes up everything. For the past week, I’ve had daily quests and events keep resetting. Done the normal delete and redownload it, still same issues. Things like that have persisted throughout my time playing this game. It’s at the point where it’s so aggravating to deal with, I’d rather not play. Compared to all the other games like this, I’ve enjoyed the content the most, but just trying to play and enjoy the game… kinda sad that to find a good game that’s ruined by how it’s managed.

I have been playing the game for 5 days now and the first 4 days I had very little issues the only one being loading screens but nothing major. However today I’m experiencing a new problem, when ever I go to start a battle in any screen where it’s a guild boss fight or in the main stages it loads to 98% and just stops.. I will give it 5 stars when my issue is fixed though

I enjoy the mix of heroes and the various game modes, especially Dragon Tower. The graphics are a mixed bag, some 4/5 star heroes look amazing, others meh. There are enough factions and heroes that strategy in the lineup is important and part of the fun. The game is very generous with rewards, more so than it’s Amin competitors.

My biggest complaint is the game closes unexpectedly (CTD) roughly once an hour. I have run diagnostic on my iPad and nothing seems wrong there. Otherwise a fun game and I look forward to how it develops.

It’s a great game, i just haven’t been able to experience it to the fullest, Anytime i try and do anything in the game it HAS to load, no matter what i do and loading icon will appear in the middle of the screen, more than half the time a error message is soon to follow saying, “Failed To Connect To server, Please Try Again (91)”… And then i have to re login or close app etc, and this happens 24/7 i can’t do anything without having to re-login, I can’t even summon without it happening, haven’t had one summon yet where i can actually see the animation, I will be 100% willing to change to a 5 star if i could get some help in figuring this out in the game, Thank you!

If you can get the game to launch than you have to deal with constant reloading for everything you do open anything at all and there a swirl for reloading close anything and guess want another reload the game is good if you can deal with the reloading but the fact im on and iphone 12 using wifi thats like 1foot away and the games on the lowest graphics and i have to deal with this issue says a lot. DONT BOTHER! It should not take almost 3-4 hours to level up your team so you can do the campaign.

It’s a fun game and easy to advance in the beginning (consider the codes they provide you with and events!), though I do find it very difficult to actually get heroes you NEED. I’ve been playing the game for a while (maybe a month..?) and I’ve only been able to evolve 1 hero to 8-star (lvl cap 160), 1 hero to 7-star (lvl cap 140) meaning everyone else at 6-star/below is max at 100. Kinda hard to level evenly when I can’t summon who I need or level who I have, not to mention battles are getting nearly impossible to complete 🥲

I installed the game but when i try to play its just stuck on the first screen saying checking game resources with 3 dots loading. I’ve sat and waited for an hour with no changes, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone reset the router everything and it still doesn’t. Work everything else is fine on my phone its just SummonersEra for some reason. This isn’t a real review just a cry for help ill give it a proper review when i can actually play the game.

When I got SummonersEra it was really fun you can get a variety of hero’s and armor plus weapons, But I had to reload 3 times since the game since it wasn’t loading. And It’s kinda to easy, Like you get a 5 star at the start, Free 10 draw, Super easy way to get scrolls or summon things, It’s just a bit to easy. It’s also simple to level up your hero’s since you can do a campaign stage and get a bunch of the items. I’m still keeping the game but, I keep getting a lot of rewards and it makes like a upside down i (I don’t know what it’s called) And it really annoys me and it takes some time to get it out and if we get that done with the rewards then maybe another quest has a upside down i. It just really annoys me, But overall it’s a fun game and I’m keeping it.

Hello, Im Gonna Try To Make This As Quick As I Can. So I Was Playing the Game Right? Well Right After I Got Off The Game I Had To Log Back On After I Logged Off The Game And Now When I Log Back Into My Account It Wont Work Even If I Added A Account And A Recovery Email. Even After I Try To Create A New Account It Says I Have To Login, Please Fix This And Please Add More Options For Accounts Like GameCenter Or Something So Please, Sincerely , RaidAngel. PS. Dont Just Say Something Like “Have You Tried Doing This Or That“ Why Yes I Have, All Im Asking Is To Fix this Bug And Add More Account Options.I’ve Even Deleted The Game And Downloaded It Back And Cleared Data I Tried Everything😕

Pretty great idle rpg. Good graphics, easy upgrading, not a cash grab, not stingy with items or hero pulls. I only played a few days and progressed nicely. Only reason i stopped is because I’m currently invested into a couple other idle rpgs and don’t have the time, but i would highly recommend

If you are the type of person that just loves to try and navigate to the arena or wishing alter and have to be stopped three times because, it has to load just because your finger hovered over the screen, then you’re lucky enough to have it load again after you touch it! Really great feature honestly 5 minutes quickly turn into 12.
Then they have another neat feature that every time you accept a quest from the quest board it has to load, and then on the free to complete quests you get to load again it’s quite fantastic actually.
Also I am on broadband so great internet on my end.
The issue I have is this is the only game I have ever played that did that and it is a little lazy that it isn’t fixed. Everything else rocks. Just super laggy and you end up spending excess time that you didn’t want to so you just don’t log in anymore and wonder why you still have it??

I just downloaded this game and got past the intro about 45 mins in I already have a whole team and 2 rank 5 it’s already getting really addicting haha and on most games it feels like they want you to pay to get the cool stuff but so far I haven’t felt that in this game they give you a lot of scrolls and a lot of items

This game is appropriately set out, I enjoy the fact. It's very brave frontier like, I've been playing for probably a week now, and the campaign makes it easy to progress, but also challenging which I enjoy. The way you are able to level up your characters is appropriately enough to where you can't be over power within a couple hours with a lot of games like to do so that way they can make an instant profit or make an instant powerful person. I think overall this game is really good and if you like games that are RPG, then definitely for you.

Great game if you played other idle hero games . Haven’t spent a dime and I’m in the top 100 with the others players. Definitely starting to get hard and making me try new things but I enjoy the grind. Only issue I have is that in Michigan I get constant loading icons like I have bad connection. I only have this problem with this game but I enjoy it enough where I will sit through the struggle

The game is amazing game there’s no ads that pop up like other three games and the graphics are good surprisingly but there is one problem whenever I go to join the game after the first screen it just stops with a black screen I’m wondering if other players are having this problem if you see this sooner please fix it I really wanna join the game
