Live in Kansas City. App says I’m out of area.

I line in Kansas City KS and the app says that it can not stream games because I’m out of area. I have enabled my location in my settings to always. I have registered on the app. I have filled out the form for viewing and all I get is an email telling me how to do everything I just did. Very disappointed!

This app is hot garbage. First thing I did was try to sign in and it told me my email account wasn’t associated with any account. Hopped over to the web browser and was able to sign in perfectly fine. You would think with all that money they would be able to roll out a decent app, or at least one that works.
Can’t get past the welcome page.

I finally downloaded the app so I could skip the food lines for the playoff game today. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past the welcome page. What am I doing wrong?
