Crashed my phone!

This game I thought was fun until it crashed my phone. I was so upset, my whole phone went black and wouldn’t let me do nothing but I could still hear all my notifications just had a black screen. Thankfully after hours! it let me restart my phone. Also it kept bugging out constantly and glitchy here and there please fix this problem.
Can’t advance

Reached level 295 and I can’t get past that level. It now wants me to clean mushrooms or some kind of fungus off the clothes but I can’t access the tool to clean it. And no matter how many times i close and reopen the app i keep getting the same customers who want the same thing. An I can’t seem to find a way to contact the creators to resolve this bs issue.
Unplayable after update.

I really enjoy this game. The problem is that after an update that added laundry, it is entirely unplayable. It only gives me a lint roller level with no means to unlock the tool needed to play it. So I am entirely unable to do anything in the game save for use my remaining funds to upgrade the area around the shop. I would rate higher if I could still play it.
