Tried several times with a car business card and it cut off the phone number or the address..yuk!

BusinessCardScanner is easy to use, take good photo, crops seamlessly to the business card and convert text bu 90 percent of the time does not recognize fields and places name of company in name of contact, does not recognize the role etc etc. Lacking basic intelligent field identification… so end of the day, I went for BusinessCardScanner because it was a flat fee but it is not very helpful and demands a lot of manual editing…

This is a poor app it can’t read I will not pay for it because it cannot even interpret the type on a simple, very simple business card

Now that they have convinced me to buy the product I find at the optical character recognition software is terrible!!!

The application is ok but unless lighting is ideal BusinessCardScanner doesn’t recognize any of the text of the card. My first scan looked great but didn’t recognize any of the text on the card.

Only takes one sided picture and no organization or group storage of different business

BusinessCardScanner did not populate all contact information data. Not what was advertised in application review.

There are good and bad aspects of BusinessCardScanner. On the one hand, the scanning function is fairly accurate; though it can have trouble trying to add information when business cards are set up in a unique format. The user interface is also fairly clean and easy to navigate.
Some feedback:
-There’s no way to set categories for business cards, which means you’ll quickly assemble a large number of cards that you don’t know where they came from.
-I would love the ability to create folders where I keep various business cards or maybe tags that I could apply to them showing what event I gathered them from.
-There’s also no ability right now to create custom text boxes for information that is not available.
-BusinessCardScanner struggles with languages other than English, and will not copy info for regional communication apps like Line, or apps like Discord.

With GDC coming up next month I would be happy to update my score if a few more features are added. However, missing as they are, I may need to use a competitor to get what I need.

BusinessCardScanner is great however need darker image

This is by far the best business card scanner I have come across. Getting 💯 percent accurate results on each time I do scanning with BusinessCardScanner.

This is an essential app for me I’m always meeting new people for work and this helps me track them so much

It works real nice, it can glimpse faster way for my business contact and simply helping me to have contact list organise way . Love it 👍
