The worst. Readers are not professional at all, some of them takes for ever to reply (3 days or more) they talk for 2 minutes total and say nothing useful. customer service never replies or even addresses the problem or acknowledge receiving your complain. Very very short readings that says nothing, one coffee cup reader asked me to send her full information of the person whom I was in a relationship with and I was inquiring about the situation and the progress of the relationship and my partner’s feelings or intentions if it was reflected in my cup, she replied by asking me for his full name, full date of birth, his mother’s name, and even his picture. So weird. One star is too many
