the levels do not automatically cascade upwards I have to close the app and then reopen it again to get another game, but I have been playing the same game now for about the 20th time, I have restarted my phone, but this has made no difference. please advise thankyou, Roger sensier

The game will not restart. I have notification turned on and I get a notification that I need to play the game. When I try to load it.it only goes to popcore app and locks up.

Games not completing. Level 252 - even though I have pulled the correct pins, and all the balls have dropped into the glass, it reads 77% and then does nothing - doesn’t complete - doesn’t give a failed message - doesn’t give a win. On challenges, pull all the correct pins, all the balls drop, but one or two might bounce out, so it never lets me win, no matter how many times I’ve played. ????
