Edit: per dev comment, I updated past the Platinum Pass fix. I’m still broken and have banner ads, etc, even after restore purchases and a rebuy dialog (you already have this, get for free?) confirms I have the IAP already.
Even when this bug is fixed, five stars isn’t coming until email support is in place. You can’t take people’s money—even $2—and expect them to follow your insta for support. That’s not professional, especially when you apparently don’t prioritize testing the paid feature before shipping.

I paid for the $1.99 Platinum Pass, but the game doesn’t recognize it. I still get Google banner ads, as well as the full page ones between rounds. I’ve attempted to restore and “rebuy” multiple times, and have rebooted the phone, but the game still acts like the IAP hasn’t been purchased.
Unfortunately, the dev only posts an Instagram contact address on their website, which I’m not interested in joining, rather than an email address anyone can use. This leaves me without any way to get support, and I’ll have to pursue a refund instead. CV
