I do not understand how to get the live wallpaper. Even though I scroll up, there is no live wallpaper option. Why is this happening?

NoxLuckyWallpaper is very but it's broken in iPad, don't show the wallpapers and some things

This is the best wallpaper app I have found so far and I love the ones that they have even though you have to pay for the membership it is still worth it just to get NoxLuckyWallpaper and use the free ones
