For those that use this to eject water
There is a thing that you can get that creates a shortcut for Siri, “Hey Siri, Water Eject”, in which after a few seconds it does a really sharp vibration which does get the water out. Vibrator can be used for that though since it does vibrate as long as you choose to.

Not worth the money
Even the paid vibrations aren’t strong enough. Your phone has to be activated for it to continue to function. You can’t turn the Lock Screen on or let it go to lock screen. Vibrator stops altogether.
