My RingGo app reached the payment stage last Saturday afternoon (1.10.22) and then wouldn't stop buffering - it is still buffering, three days later! What can I do?

I funded my wallet yesterday and it have not reflected till now. I did the transfer to RINGGO U.B.A bank account using *919# because am also making use of U.B.A bank too. I fund 2,000naira. Thanks.

I can log in and put in the car park code etc. but when I put in number of hours and try to pay it comes up as an error Please advise
