Horrible App for Me

Purchased the annual subscription. Created 5 pages. The information I input for each page and the profile pictures kept switching on its own to the other pages. I spent 2 hours correcting and saving the pages but they kept switching. The frustration was beyond what you can imagine. I do not trust Linq to send/share the correct info. It would give my personal info to business contacts and vice versa. I also could not change the url if one of the pages, the name was not taken but it kept switching back.
The next day I tried using Chrome to see if Linq was not Safari-friendly but encountered the same thing. I also tried deleting one of my pages, although it says I can have 5, maybe it was too much so tried deleting a page. Still the same issues.
There’s a really big issue and I’m too busy to have to worry if Linq has switched my photo and info to the wrong page. This is not minor when it’s giving out the wrong and sensitive information.
I’ll use a different app for this.
The reps were nice.
I did receive a refund.

Poor quality and no customer service

Not good quality, I ordered their premium custom Metal card they promotes as luxury. I submitted the graphics and immediately contacted this app to make sure they received it. Brandon responded saying it took him a bit to answer because he was one man show. He sent the artwork proof and it was poor resolution, I told him this is not acceptable quality and he assured me it will be higher resolution this is just his downloaded version. I received quickly but the graphics prints looks so poor, it looks cheaper than what you find in Walmart. I sent multiple emails, Facebook messenger requesting this app to fix their quality issue. Never heard a response. . I can’t get in touch with anyone despite several emails. Now i have no need for their this app Pro that I paid also for it thinking it was great idea. It is great idea but that’s it an idea because it is not executed right. I do not recommend it.

Going backward with integration

I used to love the this app platform as it allowed me to integrate with a lot of different other services and allow my brand to super see just Linq , but in recent months, this app has moved to having more and more of its services heavily intertwined with each other to force you to go with one of their plans Making it a hard cell for me to recommend this product for those other professional. You used to be able to click a button and take you to your actual phone number now this app wants you to use their phone number which nobody I know has this phone number because I know my number making me have to take multiple extra steps to actually have my workflow work for me where Linq is now starting to impede on my workflow because they want you to buy their subscription service to use their app. It’s sad as Linq use to be great.

Constant App Updates

I do find that they seem to have daily updates on Linq to fix bugs and that can be proven if you look at the version history. I have always found it to be a solid and reliable app, but at the same time I am thinking they don’t do much testing before they release an update. Once deployed they find out another update needs to be made and the cycle continues. Out of every app I use this one gets updated WAY more than any other.

Sneaky cancellation practices? Edit: Not so sneaky

I tried to cancel this subscription 2 months ago. They make it so difficult to cancel. I tried Linq and the web page, account management and nothing. I even went to my subscriptions page on my phone and it didn't show up even though i was charged TODAY. Seems to me they're banking on people downloading not using and then getting an extra few months out of them by making the cancelation process so hard. I STILL haven't been able to find a way to cancel it without canceling all my cards and getting new one. Sad business practices.
Edit: apparently i signed up in a way that didn't store the subscription on my phone. this app was VERY quick after this review to cancel refund and explain what had happened. The CEO even emailed me to make sure it was resolved. I assumed the worst out of a tech company and i ate my words. They did right bye me in the end.

Excellent customer service

I absolutely love this product. Every time I use it with new clients or folks I meet, they feel like it’s a magic trick. Great way to get people to my pay applications and social media. I had some snafus with my bracelet, and I contacted them on Instagram to report my situation. Within 24 hours, they not only sent me 1, but 2 bracelets for compensation! A great product with great customer service goes a long way!!!

Linq - Digital & NFC Card

This card has been a game changer for my team and myself. Simplifies networking and contact exchange. Has a follow up feature/to-do-list for connecting with prospects after events. The customizable page has allowed my team to personalize the experience for their customers. Additionally, we've found the interface to be very user friendly and the appearance is clean and professional.

LOVE!!!

I got this for a trade show and people LOVED IT!! They don’t need to download an app to see the business card. They were so happy they didn’t have to carry around a business card! It’s been so simple. I am getting more to give to friends and family for an easier to way to distribute! I was able to attach documents on Linq for people to read as well. Best thing to have if you have a ton of cards to pass out!

Great card and amazing customer service!

Ordered my this app card last week. Paid for 3-5 business day shipping. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get it until about 7-8 days. I emailed to ask for a refund of my shipping since I couldn’t get it and they were right on top of it! So impressed with the wonderful customer service. Got my card today and it works so great!! Loving not having to carry business cards with me everywhere!! Great job this app!!!

The “better” business card

this app allows its users to quickly share just about any type of information with someone by simply tapping your nfc enabled device to the this app card. This ability revolutionized how I connect with friends and clients, aswell as business partners. It’s much easier than telling them your social media accounts or giving them your number, Linq has everything in one place and the best part is that other people don’t have to have Linq to use this app cards!

Smarter way to network!

Business cards can be annoying to keep track of. I‘ve personally run into a few moments where I wish I could share my contact info with someone but can’t find a business card on me. Being able to share my info simply by tapping my phone against theirs with the this app “Tap” is a game changer. With one tap, I can instantly share all my contact info that they can save to their phone without having to download an app or sign into an account.

Highly Recommend

This is going to be the gift that I give to my business partners as well as having one for myself. It takes away the mess of having multiple business cards, and opens up my options way more than a business card ever did. I have purchased a card and a stand so I have the basic necessities for success. It has been so popular and easy to use that I have started having multiple people in my office purchase them too!

Innovative, Relevant, and Wildly Convenient

I work for a nonprofit community behavioral health clinic supervising a team of intensive services care managers. We serve several rural counties in our area which means one of my most important roles is building and maintaining community partnerships with schools, other behavioral health providers, physical health providers and specialists, juvenile courts, DCS and other social services entities, etc. this app is my FAVORITE tool to aid me in these endeavors because of its convenience, reliability, and ease of access. This is a GENIUS concept. The developers as well as their customer service team are top tier. Excellent products and execution all around. Thank you, this app, for helping me and my team make real impacts in the lives of our neighbors who need it most!

A great all-around solution

I love exchanging paper business cards but in some circles, this app makes more sense... or makes the bigger impact. There are a lot of these solutions out there, but this app wins me over with the breadth of products and the overall quality of its contact presentation. I've converted at least a dozen people into this app people and I never even signed up to track referrals. I wish they supported more social networks out of the box... but they cover all the basics and then some. I'm the weirdo that uses services nobody has heard of!

The best way to connect!!

this app has been such an amazing addition to my business!! As a small business trying to get started I was trying to get my name out there while also trying to be financially cautious. Best business card ever.!

It seems as though all my business life (38) I have spent more money on business than I had business costumers. Now with this great piece of technology not only do I have more members but the conversation starters are out of this world. Pull this out of your pocket when asked for a card and watch the looks and over excitement you receive. While this technology is not all that new this app has taken it to a new level. I have tried others but none allowed me to incorporate video and picks not to mention loads of information about the church. This includes some sermons. Every pastor should have it. Thanks this app.

Fantastic app, but one feature could make it even better!

I absolutely love the this app app! It's so easy to use and has made sharing my links with others so much simpler. However, I think it would be great if we could customize the background of the link page to match our personal style or branding. This would take Linq to the next level and add an extra touch of personalization to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to streamline their link-sharing process. And if the team adds the ability to change the background of the link page, it would be even better!

Amazing!

I purchased a this app Apple Watch Band and could not get it to activate on my account. I emailed customer service and was expecting to wait a couple days for a response. I had a response within a couple minutes! I now have the this app business card as well as the watch band and love them both! No need to carry my old and outdated business cards with me anymore and explain to potential clients that “these cards are old and I had them before I made my website..my website is the same name .com”. That got old very quick and I no longer have to do that because everything is in one place! I have looked at a lot of different brands of cards before deciding to go with this app and I’m happy that I did! You guys are awesome!

Efficiently Adequate!

I have been using this app for almost a year now and enjoy the quality, response time to issues, customer service, fast shipment, packaged well, and Linq because it explains everything for you and never leaves you questioning on what to do. I have bought the Apple Watch band, this app card, this app band, and will be buying more for my team. The response time from customer service is excellent!
