Accurate heart rhythm?

All though the pulse rate was accurate I don’t understand how you can track the heart rhythm off a peripheral pulse? Showing the P wave, QRS, and T wave with out have no other leads is misleading and could cause people to panic. My Rhythm showed ST depression which indicates lack of oxygen to the heart or some other type of cardiac issue. If I were sitting here short of breath or having chest pains I’d maybe believe it but that’s we’re this app could be misleading to people with some healthcare knowledge. If you are able to give me a good explanation on how you get a cardiac rhythm based on the pulse using the capillaries on your finger that would be awesome and I’d maybe give it 5 stars and use that info to make millions creating an ekg machine that you place on a patients fingers and toes.
