I have been trying to link Roster Buster to to RB Logbook however they are not talking to each other. It has been six days since I emailed customer support but have not received a response. I even paid for a month subscription but my account is still showing the free version. The concept looks good but the execution is lacking.
Looks like the support team replied to this review, but not my email to them. I was able to cancel the month subscription through Apple and I am also cancelling my annual subscription to Roster Buster as the customer service is the same.

When the app works as advertised, it’s great!
Unfortunately it will, from time to time, often after an update promising improvements, stop working either partially or completely. When this happens, it will often take the support section weeks (or currently, months) to respond, if they ever do. I can’t find any way to get a refund for my recently renewed subscription when it failed days after renewing. Unsatisfactory.

I downloaded the app for it was advertised inside my airline’s simulator training facility. I used the free version for a week and wanted to upgrade to premium for nothing works in the app without premium. My I-phone account changed me for the service but the app never changed and allowed for anymore features. I emailed the support and got no response.
