We downloaded the app prior to our visit. When we tried using the app, we had trouble locating our tickets. Once we located the tickets, we had trouble downloading the audio guide. When we finally downloaded it, it kept skipping around. Then, it kept repeating the same audio and didn’t advance to the next part of the guide. We were so frustrated, we just gave up with it and looked at all the artwork without the guide.
We paid for three audio guides, and were only able to successfully download one and it was unusable when we did get it downloaded because of the problems mentioned above. This was a complete waste of money.

Planned birthday trip to Hawaii. Stated to try to make the tour as early as possible in order to avoid waits for parking etc, etc…yet NOTHING has been sent to my email nor a text message to my phone to get it started. Called the number given to speak to a rep and NOTHING. Just a voicemail stating that the business hours are from 8a-11p AB’s they are closed (on a Friday at 9a.m??). And this is a nonreturnable/no refund ticket (2 of them). The price is minuscule but if let’s say 100 people a stick with this problem, then 1000 people.. that adds up to a bunch of unhappy people calling a company that’s getting rock from making broken promises. I want a refund!! What A.M. inconvenience.

Purchased two tickets to the 9/11 memorial museum. Could only bring up the barcode for one of the tickets on the app, even though it clearly showed two had been purchased. Had to go to the ticket counter and they had to look up our reservation on their system and print the tickets for us. What a waste of time.
Also the audio tour of the is also a ripoff. Audio tours are available at the museum for $10, less than what the app charges to add the audio tour. Also the app tour is narrated by AI. Simple words were mispronounced and voices sounded digital.
