I don’t know why this app has issues

Why is it that it will give me a weather warning for a town I was in 72 hours ago? I have it set to “always allow” but it STILL resorts to giving me info for a location I am no longer at. It will also give me weather information for where I am, but its nonsense TruckingWeatherTraffic apparently doesn't know where I am.

It said it was pouring rain and it’s sunshiny bright with none of the rain clouds it said were in my area. All forecasts say sunshine and no chance of rain all week. Then I tried to find a way to get customer service but there wasn’t any. Get in touch with me and I’ll change my rating. Silly notices keeps going off that there is rain.
