I have been trying for days to edit my ticket listing for tickets I am trying to sell for October 21 Bruins game and I keep getting error messages

I’ve been a Bruins STH for 7 seasons now and ever since they went away from paper tickets to this app it’s been a problem. As a STH you have to use this app to access your tickets and pretty much every time I access the app before a game there is something wrong that prevents me from getting the tickets before the game. I’ve reached out to my assigned STH rep and on several occasions the instructions have been to delete the app, reinstall, and have to set the whole app back up from scratch. The fact that these have been acceptable methods to get the app to work is ridiculous and unacceptable. I don’t know how they have convinced Apple to allow this app to remain in the App Store with that level of non-functionality. When communicating with my rep at the garden this isn’t a me problem either, it’s happening to many STHs and I have no idea why the rating for this app is so high. I have an iPhone pro max, the latest version, and it’s not like I have dated technology. Extremely frustrated and although I love the Bruins and seeing games at the garden I may not renew because of an app.

This could be a great app, however the integration with Ticketmaster needs to be fixed!
Each time I open the app to view my season tickets, the app says it can’t refresh and asked to try again, and again, and again, it never works. I have to look around to find where to log out, then log back in, then it works.
PLEASE FIX THIS! Or at least put an error message that states that you have to log out and log back in, including a log out link to make it easy.

This app is awful and has been for years. Trying to transfer tickets by text message doesn’t work although you can transfer by email. You also can’t add tickets to your Apple wallet- it just results in an error.
