I’m surprised this kind of stuff is available on SuccessMaker Store. I was supposed to get access to a parts manual though safari on my Mac. Instead I was scammed into downloading SuccessMaker. The file I’m looking for is not available there. I tried to cancel but the only do it via email. I have not received confirmation of the cancellation.

I did receive a cancellation email. I destroyed my credit card anyway and called them to report fraud and get a replacement card. It was the way I was directed to get SuccessMaker more than SuccessMaker itself. The charges are still on the card.

I signed up using the website and could not find a log in section ANYWHERE in the website which made me no longer want to continue my subscription. Due to not being able to log in using the website, I frantically had to looks for ways to cancel it. I finally decided to check the email i used to register and it told me to download SuccessMaker . Mind you on the website it didnt tell me anywhere upon creating account to go check my emails because it was an app. Tldr: hard navigation turned me off from continuing

SuccessMaker should be removed from the store permanently, not only does SuccessMaker have nothing on it but they made a fake Instagram page and scammed an already existing company customers with a giveaway to have them sign up for a free trial, after that free trial they charge you $50. They are pretending that you won a giveaway from another company. They want as far as making a website with the same information just some spelling was off. I will be reporting this to Apple, and if my subscription isn’t canceled i will be reporting fraud!

I have tried to cancel, I signed up online. I went to SuccessMaker like it says to and could not cancel. It gave me an email to contact. I did. I have not received a response. I emailed again today. On the website it says you can cancel through SuccessMaker or using the chat function in the bottom right of the website. Neither exist. I need my account cancelled before the trial period expires. I have not used SuccessMaker or the service at all and I signed up for it by mistake thinking it was something else. I need a response.

I followed a link to watch Tammerfest music festival live. Had to enter my email & credit card information to set up “free” access. No mention until after you sign up that you will be billed a monthly fee after 7 days until you’re signed up. No streaming concerts available on SuccessMaker. Just excerpts of motivational books. A bait & switch. I emailed support and they cancelled the service for me. Will be keeping an eye on my credit card statements.

I cannot believe that Apple is allowing an app that scams ppl to be on here. I thought I was signing up for 7 day free trial for Peacock and instead I got this. Tried signing in on SuccessMaker and it’s saying doesn’t recognize my email address and/or password. I want this CANCELED!!! I’m also calling my credit card company to be on the look out for any charges from this company. Luckily I already have a freeze and fraud alert on my credit agency profiles.

I too was scammed into downloading SuccessMaker and have now had to get lawyers involved to prevent my account from being hacked and money being taken out. Do not download this and Apple needs to have SuccessMaker removed because there is absolutely nowhere for you to cancel your subscription on your own. This is a joke and once my card gets charged I can take this over to the investigators my uncle works with as an attorney.

How come SuccessMaker is allowed in Apple store? You are signed up in a wrong way, I was looking for my kids education books to sign up and got signed up for this. Then there is no way to cancel the subscription other than canceling your credit card and more over SuccessMaker does not provide anything useful that you can pay $50 per month. Apple stir needs to look into this ASAP

SuccessMaker is total fraud. On Facebook I was signing up to see a virtual concert. All of a sudden it said I had to download SuccessMaker. Then it said to put in your card and you will not be charged. I thought they needed that for future concerts. But this has nothing to do with a concert. They took out $1.15 then another $1.00. What’s next!!! I don’t care how little I want my money back and my info taken off of this crap!!!

Was sent a spam link to make an account and was told it would be very simple to cancel my subscription after a 1 month trial when that wasn’t the case at all. You can only cancel your subscription by emailing their support contact and I have yet to hear anything. It makes me very uncomfortable that they have my CC info and I cannot to anything else on my end to cancel my account.

Was tricked into downloading SuccessMaker. Mislead by what SuccessMaker offers. It’s a total scam!!

SuccessMaker is a scam. Do not follow the click bait. It is $50/month. Despite sending two emails within the free cancellation window (only 7 days), I was still charged. Because they are a scam, they make themselves very difficult to communicate with. No customer service whatsoever!
I don't know what services they supposedly provide. I was trying to read a pdf online and followed the clickbait. I regret it!

SuccessMaker is terrible and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The customer support is awful, you guys just can’t add a simple button for your customers to cancel the subscription? I was in a suppose giveaway and now I’m frustrated because I can’t end the subscription. I’m very furious with SuccessMaker and I would like you guys to cancel my subscription immediately.

Same problem as the other people! SuccessMaker is a scam. I downloaded it thinking is something else - an e-book library!!! No answer to my email for cancellation, you can not do it from your app! You can not do anything basically with that app. They already charged me 1$ when they were not supposed to! I need that thing canceled before expiration!

I was sent to sign up for SuccessMaker through my local news Facebook thinking it was the real page from my local news thinking I had won two tickets to a water park and of course I didn’t and I signed up for this. This is totally a scale and I don’t know if your just trying to get people to use your app but this is not the way! -500 stars
