I’m trying out BeeWallet. I like the interface and the reporting is much better than most other apps I have tried. However, I don’t like having to assign icons to categories (for me, it just adds extra stuff the screen that I don’t want to see). The category selector should not be case sensitive. Recurring bills require you to put in an amount but future amounts are not always known and it does not accept zero. Also, I’m disappointed the date selector is a scroll bar and not a calendar. BeeWallet I currently use has an excellent calendar baed display and when changing the date in a transaction, the user is presented a calendar for date selection. I was considering changing to BeeWallet for the reporting, but it’s not as quick and easy to enter new transactions.

I like BeeWallet. After some navigating I was able to set everything up in a way that worked best for me. I purchased the premium app to make sure I had the flexibility with all the choices and options, like adding my own sub categories. The only thing that would make BeeWallet better is the ability to split funds up between budget categories when I am entering income / deposit.

Pro: flexibility, availability all different types of accounts.

BeeWallet is overall very strong and works great. I just wish it had date entry by calendar selection instead of just the date wheel, because sometimes I know what day a payment is scheduled for, but I don’t know the date without consulting a calendar. Also, it needs a transaction search feature.

It’s one of the best apps to stay organized. It has most of the things that I was looking for. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sync in two different mobiles. It also doesn’t have an option to restore or back-up and I don’t know if it’s actually working. Update 9/22 BeeWallet has some serous issues, I was trying to transfer 2,000 from one account to another But it appears to only be 2$ or it shows 2,000. It’s hard to put the numbers more than 2 digits. But this issue is only when you keep thousands separator on.

I think it would be good if clear/unclear option was removed one step ahead without clicking edit option. It’s my personal opinion.

I’ve been looking for a Check Register app. For a free app, this one has been great so far. The only thing I have noticed it is missing is a field for Check #. You can enter it in the notes field, but that doesn’t show up on the Registry Screen. The only other thing I would love is if there was a way to share certain accounts with my husband, so he could enter items in our Joint acct as well, without having access to my personal acct.

Loving BeeWallet so far. Great idea to have check register and bills monitor combined into one app. Marking a bill paid and it going right to the check register is so sleek.

One thing I would like to see improved is the hide cleared toggle. When I toggle the hide cleared on it removes those transactions from my available and cleared balance. I don’t think it should be doing this. I would like the ability to hide cleared transactions without it changing the balance like in previous apps I’ve used.

Additional features I would like to see the ability to auto-pay bills and set up auto-transfers.

Trying to create a backup using either methods ( Dropbox and Google drive) both give me a pop up telling me restore failed instead. And trying to submit feedback on the error tells me to login with an email first, of which I’ve seen no option to do so. So I’m rather stuck.

I really like that idea that BeeWallet give me all the functions that I need without have multiple app on my phone. I do have a suggestion though. I would like it if the badges (preferably) or notifications would appear when a bill is due so that’s it’s a constant reminder to pay it. The only way you will know if a bill is due is if you actually go into BeeWallet itself and look under the bills tab. Otherwise, nice app.

I love BeeWallet . I’ve been using bill tracker for a while but I really like bWallet more because it shows me my bills as well as balances and it’s very simple to use.

However, as I said before, there is one flaw (hence the 4 stars and not 5)
When you go into settings then category you don’t have any way to remove options, all you can do is add more. I think it’s great to start people out with all of the options but one size does not fit all.

I could get rid of the auto because I don’t own a vehicle, and childcare, and credit card payment, and home repair because I rent an apartment, and whatever interest exp is, and loan, and mortgage payment (because I rent), and pets, and garbage and recycling and water (again because I rent).

It would make it so much easier to find what I need and use on a daily basis.

Please fix this and I’d be more than happy to do ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using BeeWallet for a good while. I love it all except one thing. When you set up recurring bills and sometimes the amount changes and is more than the allotted amount, it gives you an error “exceeded the maximum amount.” Which is stupid. Remove this please, it’s very annoying! Allow for amounts to be changed on recurring bills without an error message.

I have been using it for while now and it does what is says. I would like the option to choose specific dot colours for specific transaction I make on the day. For example at the moment on the calendar view all the days I made a transaction it is always represented by a red dot 🔴. I would like to choose what color for specific transaction (example as yellow for shopping, brown for rent, orange for loans made, etc) as at the present it is red for all type of expenses, blue for transfers and green for all type of income.

bWallet has so many great features and is completely free. Unlike other free apps that try to do the same thing, albeit with annoying advertisements, bWallet doesn’t annoy you with these ads. It’s 100 percent FREE!! There are a lot of virtual banking and checking book balances apps but none do what this one does. It’s ease of use stands out among the rest. I like the bills section because once you enter say a monthly bill and all it’s info you just choose the bill when it’s time to pay it, and it will automatically deduct the funds right from the payment account you have listed. There are way more features that BeeWallet can handle and does a great job of all of them. I’ve tried about 30-35 apps and none can do what bWallet can do and best of all it does it for free. Get it now if you’re looking for that great bank balancing app.

I initially got this for a simple checking register, but it does so much more. I don’t do half of what it’s capable of, so it’s pretty powerful.

It takes a few days to get the ins and outs, so don’t get discouraged.

I believe the total functionality of BeeWallet it free now, but before it was free, I bought the full app to utilize the whole thing. No ads!

The BeeSoft guys actually made a patch for a small glitch last update after I emailed them. Only a few days! They actually read the problems and glitches (I have only found one)!

I would highly recommend it.

I am in total awe how great BeeWallet is for my iPhone and how it truly is powerful enough to do all that I need to do for both personal and business. Splits, transfers, showing available balance and balance all are done with ease and am in total love with the ease of use and the simplicity and beauty of the product, but… and it’s a huge game changer for me, for those of us who don’t have an M1 based MacOs device and don’t foresee Santa bringing one for me this year as my older one works just fine.

I didn’t see a desktop app available for those of us who don’t have M1 based Macs to use. This limits my need to be able to work on a desktop when need to be, so I can print, take screenshots, copy/paste items, etc.

I think I know the answer but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Is there a downgraded compatible desktop MacOs version that is compatible with higher end version of the iOS app?

I’ve tried to use a lot of financial apps but I usually delete them because they are overly complicated or too simple.

I LOVE BeeWallet it’s just what I need. Not complicated or too simple. At first I thought it had math errors, but I discovered I was the math error. I highly recommend downloading and use it if keeping track of you financial affairs is important to you.

Love it but… not all intuitive. Important to review the Settings before entering a lot of data. Be sure to update the Category option for your particular expenses and income. This is also where you can establish a backup to Google drive. One short coming is not to link with iCloud.

Three weeks in and no major issues.

Absolutely fantastic app! I was expecting nothing special because I’ve tried too many budget apps to count. I love love that you don’t have to log into your accounts to use BeeWallet . Like another user said it’s like the old-fashioned checkbook we used to use. Except super easy. Bravo! A big thumbs up for bWallet!

BeeWallet is almost perfect! I’ve been trying to find a free app that does both budget and tracking/logging check book register. The ONLY thing that would make BeeWallet absolutely perfect for me is if they add in an auto decimal point at the last 2 digits. But it’s near perfect as it is now. Thank you for making this a free app!

Can you please add an option to purchase BeeWallet and turn off ads? The ads just recently popped up and are incredibly annoying. I have to close out 5+ ads every time I balance out my transactions. Otherwise BeeWallet is perfect for my needs.

I just needed an app to keep track of my checkbook and this is the ticket! Easy to use and understand. The other one I was using had too many glitches occurring. Not sure if this does reports or anything else as I don’t really need to do that and haven’t looked into it.

I’ve been looking for an app just like this for so long! Truly, one of the most important things to me was being able to take pictures of my receipts with my ledger entries, and this application does just that! I cannot express how much I love BeeWallet! I love the customizable colors because some apps are so plain and boring. This one is light and snappy! The only thing I would change is when entering the amount of deduction that it automatically put the decimal place for you… But I’m not complaining at all. Another wonderful thing about this application is it doesn’t charge you a monthly fee to use their app. I’d gladly pay for BeeWallet, but it’s free. Thank you for making such a perfect app. I just love it!

I really like BeeWallet for keeping track of my checking and savings accounts. As long as I remember to enter my purchases I always know what my balances are. The only little thing I don’t like (only because the last app I used had it) is the fact that you have to type the decimal point when adding transactions. Otherwise it’s great!

I’ve been looking for an app to help me organize my expenses, bills, and savings without having to do anything on my actual banking account. My bank account I only have checking sans savings where as with BeeWallet I can creat new accounts specifically for my daily needs, bills, savings, travel savings, and spending money. Finally! I’ve been needing an app like this. And the fact that it’s free is a cherry on top. I also love all the icons and color coding I can do too. Absolutely love BeeWallet.

This has everything my old checkbook app has and a calendar, too. My only complaint is I wish it was easier to clear items (checkbox on the main list?) but it’s just an extra 2 clicks. And they don’t try to sell me on MoneyPro so bonus! The checkbook functions are simple and straightforward. I just hope the developers keep up on it…
I used another app for 10 years and the devs abandoned it. I tried several as a replacement and this was the easiest to use and has great functionality.

This is the best budgeting app I’ve found and I’ve used a lot! I like that you can use the virtual checkbook for multiple accounts and once you categorize your budget/bills you can put each transaction under a category. From there it automatically keeps track of how much you have left to spend in the category. The bill calendar/list is awesome also because you just click “paid” and it’ll auto deduct from your virtual checking account checkbook total. And best of all it’s free. Really happy with this so far

My old account register app stopped working very well and was outdated. I had a separate app for bill tracking. BeeWallet is well worth the $7! I can do it all in one, and I don’t have to mark bills paid and then still add them to my account register app. It also allows me to quickly show when I transfer money between my savings and checking accounts. The calendar makes it easy to look for purchases on a certain date. I never write reviews, but this one deserved it!

This was a great app now they have gone the way of subscriptions and i am starting to get locked out of more and more features. It would be nice when apps do this if they make some kind of pop up so old users know when features will no longer work because they need to pay for them. Now i am worried BeeWallet will start failing on me as i had made several accounts before they only allowed 2.
I will give them one thing the have a life time payment that is affordable and less of a hassle, going to have to bite the bullet and do that because of all the things BeeWallet does will still get full starts from me

I downloaded MANY finance apps before I finally found this app! It has almost everything I need: a checkbook register that lets me enter uncleared transactions, bills that I can set up to enter when I want, budget tracking, charts that track your spending into categories, & I can entering multiple accounts. I absolutely love BeeWallet! I do wish it had an option to budget your funds every two weeks. It only has weekly, monthly, quarter, year, etc….
