I have emailed you twice from the apple department email, after being billed 19.99 twice. I canceled this several days after getting it, on March 13. I have now, on the third time, seeing that I was charged again, for 19.99 called my credit card and had the charge blocked. I was told to call my credit card on Monday-this was Friday to contact the fraud department to get my charges (money) back. The thing didn't even work correctly. I could only put my face in a western woman gunslinger. I wanted to see various hairstyles! What a fraud. My fraud department gave me a number to call in which no one picks up and it doesn't recognize MY phone number. Really? I had to put it in to get this app. I get charged every Friday so you definitely HAVE my phone number. Send back my 19.99 from April 20, 27 and April 3 and 10th. As soon as I signed up and gave my information, it said "not available in your area", so I tried to cancel, but I keep getting charged for services I did not and cannot receive. What the best haircut and color would look like. It said free a free visit to get to see what you would look like I followed it. I ended up somewhere else that said pay such and such amount. It was a low amount like $1.99 I thought OK I will go one step further and then I got another page that said thank you very much for signing up for our subscription 1999 and $20 was just taken out of my card. I am a senior barely not even barely homeless surviving on $700 a month. How do these assholes probably less than 30 years old get to rip rip people off. ? And don’t tell me it’s my fault. I went along on good faith if you do not if this company neocortex.INC reface does not have the business moral business ethic business sense of responsibility to its online inquirers potential customer why the fuck should I give them my money? They don’t even have a phone number where I can call them and tell them to refund my money. I never got the product by the way never got to see it. I sent them pictures of myself and I never got to see anything I want my money back.

I have reported you to my cards fraud dispute department. This was subscription was cancelled on my apple account which I have verification of and am sending my card holder a screen shot. I tried the Reface app once and then canceled my subscription the same day, August 6, 2025. The fee to try the app was $7.99. An initial email was sent to cancel my subscription on August 6, 2025. Since then, I have been charged three renewal fees totaling $59.97. Two additional emails were sent to cancel the subscription, and obviously, my emails have been ignored. I DID NOT sign up for a free trial and I was not aware that I was being charged for the use of the app. It did not say anywhere that I would be charged. I unsubscribed and I want no further charges. I would also expect a refund as it was again NEVER in writing that I would automatically be charged.
