I have been following streamers on session live for about 3 months now. I have purchased quite a bit of loves for the streamers for support. I keep track of my purchases but there were two identical charges that went through my account. I just discovered it after a few months because can’t balance my account so I went through my transaction and found out it was duplicate charge so I reported to my bank credited me back. So after maybe a couple of weeks I tried to use my card and was declined actually it said denied. Called my bank and said it’s not on their end it’s on the merchant side. Session live probably don’t like my business transaction.

I am paying $19.99 for the 9 2 7 club sessions.. We have not been able to access any live concert since we have been paying for 3 months

I purchased for Anthony Hamilton live show on June 20th I paid 29.99 and I wasn't able to see the show, because it keep saying register and I just kept having problems and wasn't able to see the show. So I want a full refund of my money and I do have the receipt from Sessions showing my payment. I don't want to have to report this as some kind of scam, so please refund me my money asap

My daughter has tried to subscribe many times to 927 why don't we sessions but can't. Each time she puts in the credit card details and presses the confirm button and nothing happens. I have tried it myself and get the same issue. Can you tell me step by step how to subscribe using an Android phone. We are located in Australia

I subscribe to the 927 club and it didn’t have me log in then when bought it then the next day it sighed me out of the account that had the subscription and I want to cancel the subscription so I can subscribe in the account I made

I purchased a ticket for the New Years queens show and up gray to the merch package, I was never asked for a shipping address for my merchandise and when I emailed them about it a few days later I was told someone would contact me. It’s 17 days after the show now and no correspondence. The package was a $100 upgrade from the GA ticket. If I’m Not going to get it I just want the difference refunded. Loved the show, but unhappy with this aspect.

It's ridiculous that great artists'streams are compromised by too many artists on an inadequate operating platform at the same time!! Some artists are not even streaming but using up the bandwidth or whatever is needed to prevent video from freezing and sound from cutting out!!! There should be checking to make sure artists are performing when they are supposed to and not just leaving a backdrop on a loop!!
