I really love the scripture and the pauses for silence, reflection and prayer.
What I don’t like is that every user receives the same thing as each other every day, and the sermonettes thrown in. Having tens of thousands of people listening to the same sermons takes away from the user having a personalized opportunity in engage with God’s word and the Spirit and could be abused by the developer to manipulate hearts - for example on election days. The mini-sermons have been emphasizing certain aspects of the passage of scripture while ignoring others. I’ve found myself praying for the other users to not be bent by the sermons away from the heart of the scripture.
If this were a tool where one could listen and reflect on scripture with the pauses for silence and prayer, but without the sermons and agenda, then it would be much better. Even better would be if it gives the user an opportunity to choose an area or topic with scripture that relates to that topic for a season for personal healing and growth. This is better produced than other apps, but I pray the developer uses it only for the spiritual benefit of the Body and not as a tool to push organizational agendas while distracting from full engagement with God’s Word as it is written.

I definitely love the idea of this app but there are just some things that rub me the wrong way. More often than not the prayers often don't feel like prayers and there's a lot of personal speaking of the writer and when there are prayers much of it feels like "they will be heard for their many words". There's a lot of words for saying little to nothing. Also, the pauses and the "pause and pray" often feel out of place and happens after just a psalm and I never know the intent in what I'm supposed to say in the short time I even get. I would have liked to see a bit more liturgy, guided prayer, and direction than the flowery filler and random moments to pause and pray that seems to be many of the prayer sessions.

I love this app! It’s short, creative and deep. For a week or longer the verses follow a theme illustrated by Scripture. Listening to and thinking about the content helps me start my day headed in the right direction. I’m always eager to share in the parts of P. R. A. Y.
There are two things I would appreciate. First, when I don’t close the app with the Amen, then to restart it I have to turn off my phone. Next, every once in a while we listeners are asked to think of a word or phrase in the passage that the Spirit seems to be speaking to us about. I’d like to be led in that quest more often.
I’ve recommended Lectio 365 to several friends who now enjoy it themselves.
