App does not working properly

TransportBN stuck on loading screen when clicking the ‘License & Road Tax’ and then display ‘Alert Connect Fail’ had to reinstall and restart my device to fix it. But then it happen again

At these times, we are encouraged to use everything online to do our errands. But when a simple thing like trying to input our address cannot be done and has to be done through a pc, what’s the point of TransportBN?

Tried renewing vehicle licence, TransportBN returned Invalid Vehicle Registration Number. Out of curiosity, I tried renewing Driver’s Licence, TransportBN returned a General Error!
