I’ve searched far and wide and FINALLY found StrongboxPro I was looking for. A reliable, easy to use and universal password manager. I’ve trialed just about every related app on StrongboxPro Store and none fit the specs I was looking for just as perfect as StrongBox did. Main features that make it noteworthy: Optional subscription fee (one time, very reasonable price) Family Sharing option Easy to use data entry New Password creation Local or cloud storage/backup Cross platform compatibility - I sync my KeePass database to iCloud Drive, easily openable with KeePass on Windows via iCloud Drive installed. Updated frequently! Incredible support with fast responses! And much more! I would highly recommend Strongbox over every password manager on StrongboxPro Store! Great work dev(s)!! Had to migrate away from 1password because they're dropping local vaults in version 8 (at least that's what they've said so far). Strongbox has been an fantastic replacement, and the ability to import a 1password export saved me a ton of time! There are maybe a few rough edges, but the strongbox team has shown that they're constantly working to improve it, and the stuff I use daily in it works great, so I'm optimistic it's only ever going to get better! Recommended!

Support is super fast on responding to your questions, even before you purchase it. For me that’s a huge plus. Shows they take pride in their work. I’ve had a few other DataVault apps, but not as secure as this one or received support as quickly. So if anyone is looking for security/peace of mind that your information is secure check it out. Easy to use.

Pretty happy with the transition but it’s not as intuitive as I’d like. However it is feature rich and I am still learning its intricacies more than a month in. The database doubling up after an export is a bit confusing but can easily be deleted. Would like a place to put notes and non login credentials so I’ll keep my fingers crossed for that. Pretty bummed there isn’t a windows app as I’m transitioning to windows from a Mac so I’ll have to figure that out. Overall, I’m happy to be here. Cheers!

I had been using the free version for six months or so before purchasing the family license. Both are well worth it!

I love the integration with password management on my iPhone, and support for cloud storage platforms. Makes it so easy to use. Easy enough for me to win the kids over to using a password manager, and that says something.

So many things I don’t have time to figure out and so many needs and suggestions. just wish I could customize! Just wish I had time to state the obvious! I need to actually set the auto fill to work. I need to not be prompted every time on my own phone. I need to set default behaviors. Thinking of writing a fork of this.

I really enjoy using StrongboxPro. I have used keepass on windows for years and I never trusted apps on my cell phone to not corrupt my password db. Strongbox is the first app where I am comfortable updating the database. StrongboxPro shows the maturity and skill of the developers in the features and the way it works. The UI is well thought out.

My mistake for previous rating, I was able to get it working to share amongst the family. It was error on my part and none towards StrongboxPro itself. Developer was quick and responsive as well. Strongbox is best KeePass app for the Apple ecosystem hands down.
I have both the mac and iPhone apps. It’s so easy to use!

Been using StrongboxPro for a while, mainly for syncing OneDrive backed key vaults. Works well with yubikeys, the virtual hardware key feature is very handy if you only want to use your hardware key to initially set up Face ID.

The developer responds very quickly when I have issues.

I love StrongboxPro . Used to have to deal with syncing databases on different systems. This can access most cloud services. The usage and integration into the iOS is great. I don’t usually like to pay a lot for any app, but I paid for the full version because it’s worth it and it’s a necessity.

Just bought and it is worth the money. Had some questions and response was rapid and solved my query. Easy to use and like the multiple options available with the pro version.
Best password vault for iOS I have used.

It‘s a really nice KeePass Manager. I can keep my DB in my owncloud and have access from everywhere. With FaceID very convenient. Didn‘t miss any features yet. Really great app, so I purchased the Pro version after couple month. No regrets! Thanks for this great App!

I’ve used StrongboxPro for a number of years and it works well. The developer works very hard and is successful at continued app improvement.

App was not opening past the Pin input on iphone 11 after update but resolved after other apps had finished installing.

Best KeePass compatible app for Apple since development on MiniKeePass was stopped. Easy synchronization across iCloud for iOS, iPadOS and Mac plus separate versioned backups to any cloud storage option.

StrongboxPro errors out and I have to re-enter my password EVERY SINGLE DAY.

It doesn’t allow you to default to one database immediately and so EVERY SINGLE TIME you open StrongboxPro you are forced to wait an extra few seconds for your database animation to complete.

The worst part is I have uninstalled StrongboxPro , re-added the database, changed the password, tried a new phone, and nothing fixes the errors.

This is the most error ridden app out there. I paid for the Face ID and I barely get to use it because of all the daily errors that force me to re-enter my password in public places often.

Great password manager with active development and support. Works great across devices and is as well convenient while maintaining security!

Family sharing edition is great and StrongboxPro extends my personal on-premise Keepass solution to my family’s iOS devices.

ITs an excellent application, and it does not beg me fore reviews. However, I bought StrongboxPro because it specifically advertised that it was compatible with yubikeys...

I have a key, with a USB-C port that works with my iPad Pro. StrongboxPro seems to have no means of interfacing to it, though I know the webauth protocol is functioning just fine on other apps.

When this is corrected, I will be delighted to raise my review to 5 stars. Until then, one is all you get.

I have high hopes that I’ll be able to update my review soon.

This is the the best password manager app.

Opening StrongboxPro on ipad is super slow. Slow to load passwords via autofill too. I’m talking like a minute to load. Really was wanting to love StrongboxPro.
