Can’t Connect

Very expensive product and like other reviewers cannot connect to the device - Company has no responded to several email requests for assistance. Very disappointed

Only one product is listed in bebirdPro , not the bbird pro I purchased so I can’t even get past the first step and my product is unusable. Please FIX!

My device doesn’t show up in bebirdPro as an option. The android app worked so maybe they don’t care about iOS users even though the product is useless without bebirdPro .

If you don’t see your device look in the AppStore for the other app. Not pro. I scrolled past the reviews on the pro and found the other app and mine works fine on there.
