Timing and stops are often wrong

I ride the bus often with my kids. Three times in the last month the stop listed on this app has been wrong and the bus just passes us by.
Everyone complains about low ridership. I’m here, committed to making the bus work, but it’s so incredibly frustrating when not even the app works the way Metro says it will. Want more riders? Provide a reliable service. Right now it’s not.
Of the 20 plus cities I’ve used public transit in. This system is the worst.

This app is seriously a joke. It’s not accurate to where the busses actually are. It RARELY works. There’s no support option. The texting function doesn’t work either. It makes our horrible bus system even worse!! It’s saying we don’t have a route 2, but the 2 is the most used route in the city. The developers should really find different jobs, because this failure must be embarrassing.

It doesn’t work with the IOS 17 update. All you get is a black screen when you pull the app up. Please fix. Thanks.
