when I try this first time it’s interesting. it’s really calm you down. I would try it more and more days.

There is something simple and effective about this breathing app. I have tried several and something just wasn’t right. This one gives you more than one breathing method and simple instructions.
I do have one suggestion, between the inhale, holding breath, and exhale, maybe have some bell or chime for the changes then it can be done with the eyes closed.
