VividPicksFantasySports gives you hard time to withdraw your winnings. They bait you to try and deposit more. Not to mention the lack of important props on VividPicksFantasySports across all sports with most of the props on there already being bumped up by .5-1, compared to major fantasy betting apps. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for $50 because I can’t directly withdraw my money on their massively outdated “online banking”. Literally every other fantasy sports app is better than this one. Not one thing vivid picks is good at.

I’ve used VividPicksFantasySports plenty of times I have deposited and withdrew to my bank account and then all of a sudden i can’t withdraw but they say i have to talk to CERTEGY who they use. Thing is there’s no way to talk to a human or live person so now all my funds are stuck on VividPicksFantasySports smh it’s a good app to but now i guess i have to withdraw via a check and wait 2 weeks on that and not play VividPicksFantasySports anymore.

Honestly VividPicksFantasySports feels like a scam ,
It has the option to withdrawal to your bank
But you CANNOT. They say it’s because “state federal problems” yet they keep the option there to trick you into still adding money. They have better ways to deposit money then to withdrawal ,
They want to write you a check that will take up to 2 weeks to get delivered… What sports better wants to wait 2 weeks for their rewards??!
They want all your information but can’t even send us our earnings , I’m honestly going to report this somewhere higher because VividPicksFantasySports Store has a glitch when you try to report through here.

At first it seemed like a good app until used more often. To start it off after speaking with customer support my agent Jade was extremely condescending and did not help me at all. There app is very outdated and promos even show after they expire. Why would a app do that. In my case my braking point would be when VividPicksFantasySports told me I could get a match bonus of vivid bucks (their currency) if I payed a cash entry and I did but never received the bonus because a fault on their end. Never complicated for the inconvenience nothing after speaking to customer support as well. I recommend to never use these app because of how shady it is and how terrible the customer support is. Please do not use VividPicksFantasySports unless before every entry you want to read through their entire terms of service to make sure you will not get scammed.

Basically the title. VividPicksFantasySports makes it seem like you can withdraw with no issues, but you need to connect your bank and make a deposit with said bank account. On top of that, they can deny said bank account from making deposits even if you’ve been making deposits beforehand with a debit card for that bank account; meaning that you could potentially end up pouring money into an app that you can’t withdraw your funds from. And don’t even attempt to try withdrawing using one of the gift cards because you’ll never receive it, same goes with the option to receive a check. You. Will. Never. Receive. It. I have no clue as to how VividPicksFantasySports has such a high rating other than with paid reviews and/or bots, but they are false advertising and VividPicksFantasySports itself is a scam.

Giving 1 star because the withdraw policy is nuts. You can either cash out to a list of mediocre gift cards, get a paper check which could take up to 2 weeks, or you have to connect your bank account to their app, which I’m never going to do.

On top on giving them access to your bank account, you can’t even enable that option until you make a deposit using your bank account, which I’m also never going to do. I guess I’ll just cash out my balance using a check and then go use a more respectable app.

Update: They finally made a request ticket for me but they didn’t complete the request until I emailed them to remind them. Refund is on the way- i wouldn’t recommend VividPicksFantasySports- I deposited $250 on 2/15 and i have been trying to verify my ID…it keeps saying the system can’t read it. I contacted support up to 9 times and they repeat the same thing. I have been asking for a refund and they won’t give me a response!!!

VividPicksFantasySports is a scam. I have money won that they wont let me withdraw because it says my bank isnt connected (which it is) but my deposits are working just fine. Talked to their support team multiple times, no help. Basically betting for no reason because I cant take the money out VividPicksFantasySports . Reading other reviews definitely made me feel better that I wasnt the only customer scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Definitely reporting VividPicksFantasySports. DONT USE!!!!!!

Please and hear me out, don’t use VividPicksFantasySports. They might try to comment after this and say they are working on the problem but really not. I had a check 3 months ago for 500$ and yet I’m not able to cash the check to my mobile bank regular bank or other institutes. Today I was send another check and went to do the same and the same issues occurred. I think VividPicksFantasySports is a scam and should be shut down. If I’m able to deposit with my back any can’t I withdraw the same way to the same exact bank? Right, doesn’t add up to me either.

VividPicksFantasySports is really terrible. I was only able to make one entry with betcha bucks which won me $20 but after that I verified my identity but still wasn’t able to do a cash entry. Apparently my account was a duplicate account and it’s not allowed to have two accounts under one email or something even though all my other accounts are deleted. Oh, and btw the customer service is horrendous, not once did they help me with my issue as described above. Developers, fix your app please!

Ever since Vivid took over, VividPicksFantasySports (company) has continued to decline. Max bets have decreased from $500 per contest down to $150 per contest. Max entries per contest used to be unlimited, now they only allow 4 entries per contest. Very confusing business model. You would think a company would be in the business of making money, but limiting entries and betting amounts sounds absurd. It’s akin to going to Las Vegas and being told you can only play the $10 Blackjack table, and you only get to play 4 hands, then you have to try a different game like roulette.

After creating an account on VividPicksFantasySports I was not able to deposit any money to use on VividPicksFantasySports because the verification failed for some reason. After reaching out to the customer support email twice over 2 weeks ago I received no replies except promotional emails which I did not sign up for. Reached out to the account over Twitter where they told me that they could not help and to contact their customer support 😂😂😂😂

Sign up deposit match is incredibly misleading. You are matched in “vivid bucks” which are half the value of a dollar. That alone being incredibly misleading, my experience led to not even being matched with the full amount of vivid bucks. Tech support was awful. Worst daily fantasy app by a long shot

Quite candidly, I’m a pretty active sports bettor so I have tried most platforms out there. I can pretty confidently say that Vivid is by far the worst one I have used. Not only are they misleading with promos, but their Vivid Bucks expire without a timer. The lines are worse than other apps AND they do not allow cancellation of picks. Other apps will let you cancel within 5 minutes.

I’ve used quite a few betting apps this one is by far my least favorite.
When you place a bet it doesn’t update throughout the game so I can’t tell how close the players are. It takes like an hour or two after the game is done for it to update , it’s ridiculous.

On July 21 I won a contest and withdrew my money through the banking system because there whole system is outdated for reasons now I know, but I’ve waited 3 weeks for the check to get here and nothing. They said it got here and someone cashed the check but after checking with the post office my check never got there. after days of talking to support they suspended me off there app and stopped talking to me through support and still cannont get in contact with them or get back into my vivid account. They don’t want to deal with a customer having problems so they blocked me. Horrible app please hopefully you guys see this and don’t download it‼️ the support still won’t ask me to email them after seeing this smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

I had too go through so much just too get basically my money back it’s crazy… I deposited with a regular debit card not a bank card but they wouldn’t cash my money back out too the same card… they made me send money through my PayPal and had too Cashout through my PayPal… it’s honestly just too much when it come too redeeming your money

I had an issue with depositing that I throughly explained to customer support. After I submitted them what they needed to lift the restriction, they then claim it wasn’t sufficient enough, resulting in me missing out on promos.

Then no one responded and failed to follow-up with my last email.

The worst customer service I’ve had with an app like this. Solid 1/5 stars for inability to rectify a situation.

Please do not play here. Customer service will not help you. They offer very few promotions compared to other DFS sites. Most importantly, if you win, your win loss will likely be incorrect and they will refuse to correct it. I will now owe more taxes than I should because they won’t correct their number. Betcha blocked my deposits during a promotional period and claimed they were not able to retroactively give promotions even though they were the ones that blocked my account. My bank was concerned about potential fraud and I affirmed to my bank that everything was fine, yet Betcha still blocked EVERY possible deposit I could make, even if the deposit did not involve my bank, and they didn’t reinstate depositing until a day after the promotional period and claimed they could not give the promotional payments anymore. Seems pretty unfair and like a bit of a ripoff to me.

Since the move to Vivid picks they have cheated me out of several thousands of dollars in the last few weeks. I rightfully won several contests. In one instance they changed the rules of the contests after I had placed my cards, and then proceeded to act like the rules have always been that way, even though I have proof at the time of my entry what they rules were. In another instance they made up a definition to the tennis term “total games” saying it is really “total games won” which is a completely different statistic. I recommend staying away from this one.

VividPicksFantasySports has a great interface that is user friendly but slow at times. The major issue I have is the the bank integration. None of my accounts have been compatible with whatever 3rd party is used by vivid. Grow up and invest in Plaid. Depositing and withdrawing should not be made difficult.

App was fun at first, then after a few uses VividPicksFantasySports randomly stopped letting me deposit funds from my linked bank account or debt cards. I noticed that many others had the same problem with no help from customer support. There were multiple posts addressing customer support within VividPicksFantasySports with ZERO response. They don’t even make the contact support address easy to find. I finally found it using Google…emailed customer support several times and have received ZERO response after three months. Not so much as an automated response acknowledging receipt. I gave up. Might try MGM or Caesars apps. Overall, if you’re lucky enough not to run into technical issues, VividPicksFantasySports is decent to play. If not, your time using it will be very short. Shame. It has potential.

Ever since probably May, the search engine to find your player has to take at least 30 seconds, so if you find one play by the time you finish your parley it’s probably gone then you have to start all over again. It’s terrible when it take 4 minutes to make a five man parley and the search engine is the only reason for that!

They give some great promos and the vivid bucks concept is really cool, but I hate the interface honestly. I’ve actually messed up bets by choosing the under when I wanted to go over by accident because of how bad it is. It really needs to be updated, and there also needs to be more stats for players provided within VividPicksFantasySports .

I just got into VividPicksFantasySports about 4 days ago and I’m liking what I see and how well VividPicksFantasySports working. Love how things are laid out and how can bet within the same game or vs also love the booster play. Only thing it takes long is for withdrawal which is 3-5 days. Definitely not going back to PrizePicks. Vivid is definitely a great app and they just getting better. Thank you.

Has great potential if they can get a bigger board on sports it can be a great app. Over all I enjoy the lines they have are almost same as other major apps. I have been using Vivid Picks for awhile now and enjoy it. I have cashed out multiple times without any problems. The only slightly aggravating factor is that my bank doesn’t link up with the interface they use for some reason and there is no PayPal withdrawal. That being said I have received physical check withdrawal no problem! In my opinion, vivid picks is a good app that I will continue to use.

I normally don’t write reviews at all but this is a great gambling app. it’s safe and secure , deposits are easy and can be as low 5 bucks. the UI is simple but elegant at the same time. all the while giving you a very fun experience. i was able to turn a $5 deposit into $100 in less than a week. the only downside is that you can only withdraw via check which can have you waiting a bit; however, when i cashed out, i did receive my check in less than 5 business days. i would love to see instant/bank transfers very soon in the future and then this would be the perfect gambling app. keep up the great work

I do not work for betcha neither am i a bot Lol i was one of those people who were skeptical about the various different sports betting apps out there wondering if they would scam me or if i could even participate based on my location but then i ran into betcha, VividPicksFantasySports is legitimate & i have successfully deposited & withdrew money on VividPicksFantasySports i saw a review earlier about VividPicksFantasySports & the person mentioned they would only send checks in the mail but now they send checks in mail & direct deposit! I highly recommend VividPicksFantasySports & i rarely write reviews.

Had a great first day experience doing player props on basketball and baseball. I’m up about 50% in cash in a day. Their is a timeline which you can see other bets, which gives a sense of community and you can follow other players or your friends which is a cool feature. You also can win trophies and leaderboard status. I look forward to continuing to play while hopefully continuing to make money and grow my status as a dominate sports better!
