One of the worst apps I’ve used in a while. Seems like someone coded it in 4 hours under a mango tree. Developers should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and should be banned from building another app.

Frustrating experience. Could not find order even though it said order was successful. Had to call to confirm and ordered in fact not placed. Had issues logging in and foodDROP is insanely slow.

I want foodDROP to be good though. Do better. I’ll try it back someday.

More than an hour later and no one assigned to food drop. Chat service of no help. Save your money. Do not use foodDROP

Keep you expectations low. foodDROP is buggy. It will take your money and not give you back. The customer support is trash

There are many fake reviewers on foodDROP , from fluffers to those that review bomb and there is no way for restaurants to even respond.

Tell me why I gotta wait 2-5 days for a response to verify my account to place an order? Alotta braincells by the developers😹😹

The service is great but foodDROP itself works like Windows ‘95 on dial-up internet.

Great app, I’ve been using it for quite some time now with fair results however foodDROP itself is still a bit “buggy”. Delayed notifications, updates and real time tracking. Full menu’s aren’t usually posted for a lot of the restaurants. Lots of room for improvement. Customer service always good though

Really reliable app. Love how they expanded their restaurant selection and updated foodDROP . It is so easy to use, convenient and provides exceptional service.

I love ordering food from foodDROP it’s so easy and the food always comes in time and the delivery drivers are always nice! 🤗
