No one responds to problems with app

I purchased this app a few weeks ago. The free trial never worked, but I knew I wanted the stickers, so I waited until it expired and purchased the yearly subscription. But I am not able to download the stickers… when I try to put them in WhatsApp or iMessage, it just asks me to subscribe again. I can see the subscription is active, but it’s not working correctly. I have sent two messages on the company’s website (the only way they offer to contact them) and yet no one has contacted me.
I LOVE the stickers… if only I could get it to work right or someone would respond to help me. 😡☹️😩
