Keeps asking me to purchase app although I’ve already done so. Gives me contacts to merge but won’t merge. Won’t show me duplicate photos or videos. Very disappointed.

Can’t get it to do anything, seeing as PhoneCleaner crashes everytime I attempt to use it. But It’s repeatedly asked me for a review already. So until I can figure out what’s up with it, here it is.

I’m in a never-ending loop of wanting me to pay, then click on pictures, wanting me to pay again, and ‘restore purchases’ successful. Click on photos, wanting me to pay again. I wish I knew how to get a refund.

Every time I try to actually do something with PhoneCleaner it crashes and closes. Since downloading PhoneCleaner my iphone has been acting sluggish as if there’s something running in the background. I don’t know if it’s related, but not worth the risk for an app that crashes anyway.

Every time I try to use this it is asking me to purchase it again. What is wrong with this thing. Also I thought it would find the duplicates and discard them on its own. Instead it just collected photos and makes me go through each one and discard them. Very time consuming.

I had to download and purchase PhoneCleaner before I got to even try it and it doesn’t even delete the duplicates once it finds them. I just press the trash button and it does absolutely nothing. Complete waste of money. It doesn’t even show my text as I’m typing this review! Total waste of money

I downloaded and used PhoneCleaner today in an attempt to ‘merge’ multiple duplicate contacts with information divided between 2 and 3 duplicate contacts. PhoneCleaner completely erased nearly all the contact information from all the contacts I attempted to merge...even the names of the contact persons. The only my thing left were nameless contacts with just one of the phone numbers.
PhoneCleaner has really put me in a pickle.

Great app cleaned a lot of space on my iPhone , so I could have more memory on iPhone iPhone 6s. My iPhone 6s only has 128 GB OF Memory, And You Can't Put An SD Card In Any IPhones , Because The IPhones Do Not Have An SD Cards Slots , And Apple Will Never Put A SD Card Slots In Any IPhones. That’s The Only Reason I Don’t Like The Apple Products , because No SD Card Slots , in Apple IPhones , iPads , Apple Watch’s ECT...... Over The iPhone Cleaner APP Is A Great APP.. Thanks.
