How to fix Fachat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fachat app on iPhone
Update Fachat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fachat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Fachat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

2. restart Fachat.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fachat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fachat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
