I got this on free trial on August 20. I have been trying to cancel since August 20 and I have had $4.99 on August 23rd $4.99 on September 1st $4.99 on September 8. I have e-mailed more than once and have never got it canceled or an e-mail back. I don’t know how to stop this . I talked to the supposedly text support and they send you to a expert but before you can talk to the expert about canceling they want a credit card 💳 but don’t worry “You can cancel at anytime.” YEAH RIGHT well-being I am going through this unwanted $4.99 A WEEK it says it will charge weekly unless you cancel. So here I am trying to get someone to e-mail me back or just cancel this please!! I can’t afford this I am disabled & live on disability.
I want my money back, I deleted the app and still are charge.
I am not happy! I lease contacy
After selecting all the screen shots I didn’t want, it didn’t go to delete. There was no way to delete them.

hoping that this app would be different from all the other ones, but it’s totally the same. i've tried every app i could find because i barely have any storage left i’ve used 96.2 out of 128 GB. my photos and screen shots are taking over my storage. When i got this app just now because my other app is now needing subscriptions, i couldn't pay for them so i saw this in my suggestions, really hoping it would work, but when i go to screen shots or photos or ANY THING, it says i don't have any of those for example it says i have 0 screen shots but really i have 8,117 screen shots and 1,552 videos, in total that would be 9,669. I really had to delete my snap chat and instagram and mostly every app i had just because this wouldn't work, i had no other choice. I tried for over 15 minutes just to try to delete every screen shot i had and useless video's, but in the end all i got was wasting my whole time, i was suppose to be studying or u could say revising for my math final exam which is 78 PAGES, but instead i just wasted my time on this app when i was suppose to be revising.

Worst app I’ve ever gotten. Immediately upon opening this worthless garbage, the app crashed! Tried it 3 more times with the same result! Says a lot about the peddlers of this app when they peddle a worthless product. What a joke. I think this is actually the first review I’ve ever written for anything in my life, but I couldn’t let this complete garbage go unanswered. Folks I highly advise you to not waste your time on downloading this worthless waste of time. Sad

There’s a lot of cleaning apps on iOS and they all have their pros and cons. But this is such a flawed app. I get you need money to improve the app but do you have to get you’re money through a premium version?!! It’s ridiculous, so many apps; not just cleaning apps have this and it’s tiring. Everything is so limited, not everyone has money to spend or money to waste... there’s a reason I searched for a cleaning app. Not a money grab.
